what.. no movie versions of scarlet witch, quicksilver, ultron drone, iron legion, mark 45, or vision?.. i forgot, hasbro doesn't like to fully support a movie line. you either get a couple movie characters and a whole bunch of comic figures, or you get 20 different versions of the same character.

They can only pick one out of all those characters? Geez.

I'd love Mysterio to be the one to win, but I doubt he will.

It doesn't really mean that if a character loses out that they will not get a figure, just that they won't be the "next" figure.

While Cosmo would be nice, I would personally love a proper Darkhawk.

Ah. Gotcha.

Still, Cosmo? I can see him getting the joke vote and win, kinda like when Mick Foley won People Magazine's "Most Beautiful Person" online poll back in the day. SDCC attendees, don't abuse your power!

That list and voting method pretty much guarantees Black suit Spidey (WHY is he even on this list? You KNOW Hasbro's going to keep cranking out Spidey Legends waves, so it is safe to expect this at some point) and Mysterio (Spidey villain) will be top choices.

I'd vote for Darkhawk, but he might be a ways off.

Is the new Spidey body being used by Hasbro THAT good that they can rationalize trying to offer yet another symbiote Spidey?
Hasbro has already given us this guy at least twice. Once as a Legend, and earlier in their Spidey Classics line (when they re-released the Toy Biz version).

None of these characters would be a "must-have" for me, but I guess as a fan of Neil Gaiman and early Image, I'd probably vote for Angela, if I had the opportunity.

I don't collect ML or DCUC any more. A new Symbiote Spidey would get me to the register though. It takes something special for me to buy a new action figure these days and that suit is my favorite. I was very impressed with the "pizza" Spidey and the new 2099 figures. I'd be happy to pick that up too.

And the award for peg-warmer of the year goes to....

I'm seeing a lot of love for Cosmo, but let's back down on that a little. We really shouldn't encourage Hasbro to go back to making small figures with limited articulation (aka Rocket Racoon), or worse yet, build a figures, where Hasbro can continue to milk us by offering the barest of minimums, all the while charging full price.

Now if Cosmo were to be released as a MU figure, entirely different story.

If I had to vote for any of these, I'd take Angela probably since I could use her in both my Spawn and my Marvel collections. The Mysterio from the Spider-man Classics line still holds up, and there was too strong a push on Asgardian characters not named Enchantress. There's no point in wishing for mutants at this point, and the rest of the choices are a who's who of peg warming goodness. Would have been nice to have gotten a chance at getting a new Blade.

And I swear, if we get ANOTHER black suited Spider-man, I'm punching a pillow right in the face.

Who are they kidding?

It'll be either Iron Man, Captain America or some other over produced and unwanted figure.

Darkhawk! I don't like what Marvel has done with Angela (the whole Thor's sister thing) but she would be nice for my Spawn figures, to me she's still dead from Spawn 100. Sam Nova is one I really don't care about. While I have come to enjoy his run in the comics Rich Rider is still the Nova and I already have his legends figure.

The absence of Wendell Vaughn, between both the Toy Biz and Hasbro runs, is tantamount to an egregious insult to this Marvel-cosmic fan.

Give me a Quasar fig...dammit.

Yeah, I feel like they only did Nova because the Nova corps was in the GotG movie. We need more DnA figures and I would love a two pack of Warlock and Thanos based on Starlin's new graphic novels.

Mysterio is who I would vote for, but there is a serious lack of Silver Surfer there.

DANG! still no speedball. Definitely nebula. Why they ever bothered making the one without the cyborg implants is beyond me.

After Quasar, I would love a DnA Warlock. The only new Thanos I want is a "Samaritan" version...
