The problem is that since all of that would be next year, Hasbro won't say any more about it. The general rules is they don't give specifics on any product beyond the current year as stuff like that is still subject to change.
Hasbro said basically the same thing for Iron Man 2 at Toy Fair last year (and I believe for Wolverine before that), and we still got several more assortments "that year" (well before 2011 kicked in). So it isn't as if there's no precedent. Do you honestly believe because of one slide in the panel presentation that Hasbro isn't going to produce any new Thor product after June of this year, and just "coast" the line through the Holiday season into next year with nothing new hitting shelves?

Remember, Hasbro also prefers to do more of their "comic-related" reveals at SDCC than at Toy Fair.

Both Destroyers have the square/button on their stomach.

I give you King Laufey:

and Ice Claw Marvel's Frost Giant:

Edit: Nevermind, the Ice-Claw Frost Giant makes it exactly 20.

King Laufey is alittle bland but the iceclaw is pretty cool

I don't recall Hasbro giving us a set limit on IM2 toys, but I do remember them saying something about XMO:W. And if I recall correctly, they basically stuck to it. XMO:W was a relatively small line compared to IM2.

Also, Hasbro did not say that IM2 would be all-movie molds when they announced that line. They showed that it was going to be broken up into three sublines: movie, concept and comic. Thor isn't getting that treatment (as of this post).

No I don't, but I also don't believe that Hasbro is going to have everything Thor-related released by June either. There's a good chance that they'll spread some of it out and use Captain America as a cross-promotion for both lines, along with Iron Man.

Besides, you've seen how long IM2 figures can hang out on the pegs

Granted, things are still subject to change and Hasbro could certainly announce more comic-related figures later in the year, especially if the initial waves are a hit or if they've already completed tooling on additional molds.

Having said that, most toys have a 1 to 2 year turnaround from concept to retail. So if Hasbro says that's it for the year, I tend to give them the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise.

I fixed the height of my movie Thor using the thighs from X-Men Origins Sabretooth Comic version. The top of Thor's head orignally came to the bottom of the Sabretooth in leather jacket's eyebrows but now he's taller then Sabretooth and Odin. Just switching those thighs out added almost a head lenth.

I wonder if all the Thors will be like that. There are, like, what, five or six more at least coming?

Uhm...Thor shouldn't be taller than Odin. Just sayin'. Odin generally towers above him in the comics.

I really hope the Sif wave comes out. I have my doubts after the no-release of Black Widow from IM2
