Just FYI, Thor wave 4 (the one with Sif) has popped up at several stores around here, so maybe it won't be long before it shows up elsewhere. No Sif on the peg today, but they only had pegspace for like 4 figures, so they had up the bright green/blue Loki, a glowing Thor and two Asgardian Glow Odins. I'm going to back to tomorrow when I have more time to ask if they might have Sif in the backroom.

I know a lot of people hate on this line, but still, for those of us who wanted all the heroes from the movie, this is potentially good news

I love this line- the details are amazing and the likeness to the ovie actors is superb!
Wish they were a bit taller but that's not much of a gripe overall.
Gotta post my easy mods to Hogun to make him more comic-version looking!

If you score an extra Sif...keep me in mind!
Or that version of thor with the "big hammer" that's actually the cask of Ancient Winters from the movie (gotta cut that goofy handle off is all).
My area still is stocked tight with wave 1 Thor stuff, sadly.

If I find extras, I'll definitely offer them up the community here. The $60 scalper tags online just aren't right.

So wave 4 is being sighted, however, I've never seen 2 or 3.. so to give me an idea as to if I will ever see wave 4, has anyone else gotten 2 or 3? If so, I'm sol. If not, maybe skipping to 4 is a win!

Me neither, but that's because nothing from wave one has EVER moved from the shelves.

Wow. My Walmart restocks Wave one pretty often, and has restocked wave 2 twice now.

Well the store that has them, Fred Meyer, never stocked waves 1-3. This is the first time Thor hasbeen on the shelf at their stores.

Honestly most of us seem to be seeing the same thor, loki, odin figures from wave 1 hanging on our store pegs. Up until a few weeks ago I would of agreed on that statement, but I was lucky enough to find an 8'' destroyer figure, for $3! gotta love mistagged items and newbie staff lol. I did check the other figures he had though and didn't have anything new in the small scale, My Walmart and Zellers are the same, first wave mostly same wit IM2 figures.

Yeah, it's a shame. After I get some yardwork done, I'm going out to a few more Fred Meyers to see if they have it, and maybe the comic shop downtown. If I still can't find any of the characters I'm looking for after I've dumped $50 or so into gas, I'll just buy the assortments from BBTS or something. That kinda takes the fun out of it though.

So just an update, I talked to the toy area stockroom guy today. They have a mixture of wave 3 and 4 on the shelves, as they have Thunder Crusader, glow Odin, the Sorcerer Loki and Axe Attack Thor. He couldn't get to the case to find if they had Sif or the Destroyer, but he took my name and number and he'll call me when they go through everything tomorrow. He also said if they don't have it, he can just order another case. Talk about customer service! If it comes around and they have more than one of anything good, I'll see if I can pick it up, but he'll only hold one of each of the ones I asked about, so we'll see. This is hopeful though, more stores may follow!

Fred Meyer in Everett WA. The Fred Meyer in Shoreline also has a similar assortment.

Because they didn't stock wave 1 when the movie came out, they got them later and ordered later ase assortments. Seems like a good business move, since now they're the only store in the area not choked by wave 1.

Underwhelming per usual. I suppose this may be a wrap as well, as the Disc-Launching Thor and Ice Claw Frost Giant release dates have gone entirely unpublished.

HASBRO - THOR The Mighty Avenger Deluxe Disc Launching THOR
Avengers - Product Details

k so Cap is def a wrap, and it appears Thor may be as well. Wake me when Wave 15 hits, or some new 2-packs. Shoot with the amount they're set to release, only 4 have come so far...we're def going well into 2012 with the SDCC stuff.

^ DAMN! Nice score. What's the difference with that Inferno Destoyer? And I actually like the costume on that Axe Attack Thor quite a bit.

Hell yeah! Swap some likely GI Joe or Star Wars head on that body to get a great Army builder Asgardian warrior!
Maybe repaint a Doc Samson head...that'd work great!
