Wow. Those She-Ra figures are TERRIBLE. And I'm not even talking on the character design decisions.

The articulation leaves a lot to be desired there. I actually like the sculpts, but am really disappointed they went with minimal poseability.

Love the filmation Shera, unfortunately I am 100% sure they will find a way to ruin her in production.

They are actually decent representations of the characters from the new series, however....ughhh wtf were they thinking when designing the new series? I'm not gonna post my opinions on it, other than I think it's complete and utter crap.

And now I noticed the extra legs for Mantenna, pretty sure too this will jack the cost of the figure in an absurd manner.

I'm glad they went the cheap route with the new She-Ra figures. Soft sculpt, cheap craftsmanship, no articulation. Look like your usual $8 shelf-warming toys meant more as advertising than actual collectibles.

No collector would willingly pick up those trash, so at least they didn't waste their time putting actual effort into them.

So Ultimate cartoon Skeletor's second head is the same?
They need one with a moving jaw.
He-Man should have the laughing Adam head, too.
Not that it matters, the heads will probably be difficult if not impossible to remove.

Catra looks cute, at least.
But yeah, never had any interest in their five points of articulation line. Their other She-Ra looks really nice, though.

Gee, with such a vague statement, there's just no way to deduce what your other opinions might be.

I'll be grabbing the Filmation Ultimate He Man for sure, and probably Skeletor too. Missed out on the others the first time around.

I really hope that Super7 realizes that Ultimate Filmation He-Man cannot hold his sword aloft with that wrist hinge. The Mattel version had it right, how did Super7 miss that super important detail? I really hope that isn't the finished version of the figure, and I REALLY hope they sculpt a better Power-Sword because this one looks nothing like the animation model. The Filmation She-Ra's sword looks perfect though.

Those new She-Ra figures are quite bad. I like the design of the cartoon, those figures do not represent it well. Too blocky. Bad articulation too.

Yeah, the new She-Ra designs are just... As someone put it, She-Ra looks like Hank Venture in a drag. But you apparently cannot talk about it - on TFW2005 the thread about the show got closed.

I feel the same...it probably got closed because it went too political if you dared to mention it. I had really low exceptions for the new show and it ended even worser that I could have ever imagined. I just hope this show will flop hard and stupid Mattel will finally release the entire new classic She-Ra action doll line in and make it available internationally (they should just let online stores carry it).

I love the character designs for the new show, but I cannot stand action figures with only five points of articulation. That type of articulation on a 6" action figure is completely unacceptable to me.

Don't care about She-Ra no matter what she looks like but finally getting reissues of Filmation He-Man and Skeletor make me a happy camper. Skeletor in particular, good old Filmation cartoon Skeletor is the best.

hahaha!

Damn, wish I hadn't missed that thread. I didn't think Hank Venture because I don't want that show really but I did think guy in drag, so did my wife lol. Also, those short pants under her skirt lol, wtf.

My wife grew up watching She-Ra and she despises this new show. The women look more manly than the men.

It's weird we get a She-Ra cartoon before a He-Man...wtf. This cartoon looks like garbage and I'm not watching. I never was a big fan of She-Ra anyway but I did buy the Classics versions of Adora and She-Ra and I'm thinking about getting a third party She-Ra 1/6 on a Phicen body and the Filmation She-Ra.
