Ed is on a stand in that pic so he's actually even a bit shorter. I don't mind the height because the art and the show took liberties here and there. Plus I always pictured Al as being huge.

Either way, these will be too big for me. I'd love an updated line of Fullmetal Alchemist in 1/12 scale since that's what my Marvel Legends are.

I never bought the revoltech figures and I forget the other line or two. But an updated smaller scale line with accessories, good articulation, and cheaper cost would be awesome. I think it's a bit late for anyone to invest in that tho unfortunately.

I was lucky to have the Play Arts Ed in first grade. Scaled perfectly with my 2005 FF ToyBiz movie Human Torch. Lost it and haven't been able to stomach the scalper prices since.

These are honestly too big for my collection too, but FMA is my favourite manga and anime so I just have to get these. Especially since Ed's plain face, is completely accurate to the manga and Brotherhood.

Whereas the revoltech Ed, which i have. Just doesn't look like him at all in the face. Which disappointed me greatly, because I actually paid the after market price for him, since i watched the show in 2017. Because again, favourite manga and anime, so I committed sudoku with my wallet for the revoltech figures. So yeah, i can't wait for these.

I'm still tempted all this time later. I don't have any representation of them in toy form and FMA is one of my favorites. They're due May 2020 on entertainment earth.
