Sure, because why would they want Boba Fett to be readily available? It's not like they want our money or anything...

Glad I pre-ordered him from Amazon the first time around.

It was likely cancelled as they are offering retailers the ability to order as many Boba Fett's as they want via Diamond. If anything, there's going to likely be a glut of Fett's later this year.

Hasbro may be taking an alternative approach to getting Boba Fett into collectors' hands:

We shared this info two days earlier.

Comic and specialty shops will soon be able to order “as many as we want of the Boba Fett, Stormtrooper, Anakin, Chewbacca, and the Clone Trooper” figures from the Star Wars 6″ Black Series line via Diamond.

Nice. Hopefully that'll allow everyone who wants one to get it, 'cause those ebay prices were NUTS for a while there. I've never even seen one in stores around here.

...Now that I think about it, I've never even seen a Stormtrooper or Sandtrooper in stores. I guess anyone loking to build an army will have an easier time?

Probably a much easier time. With the comic shops being able to order from 1 on up, I expect them to be taking custom orders. That's what one by me does with a lot of Diamond stuff.

I'm betting that assortment never existed. the last 3 waves of Star Wars black have been four figures per box, with one of each character. I HIGHLY doubt Hasbro was plannin' to change that.

Your local comic shop is a good place to start, since they probably order from Diamond already.

Like it honestly pisses me off they canceled the wave i was looking forward to the most with 3 Bobas you could get at 20 a pop and 2 vaders which would have been perfect for making a custom Malgus :/
I love Black series figures but man does this burn my biscuits.
And my local comic book shop doesnt really order toys i don't think :/ and if so I have a feeling they'd squeeze me as much as ebay. If i were to wanna order like 10 Bobas do you think diamond would deal directly with me?

No , Diamond does not work that way. You have to have a business to have an account with Diamond and you have to have a minimum monthly order amount every month, like 500$ or something. Diamond does not deal with the general public.
