What in the love of toys is this? I think it has something to do with David Arshawsky because I found it in a collage on his social media but there was no information. I google image searched it and got nothing. I WANT IT!

Based on this toy forum thread, it appears to belong to a second series of Toxic Crusaders action figures that were either unreleased, or may have been released in Europe. But the latter seems unlikely since there's no pictures of these figures online.
