Is Slash the turquoise turtle with the small head? If so, I see him everywhere but no Mirage turtles.

Yup with a black bandanna and uses a mace. I'm not worried about finding him because I've seen all the TMNT figures so far (that are out) but it's a slow going process around these parts.

Was seeing Slash and a lot of others but lately my area has been drying up and I see very little these days. Hoping this is just the calm before the Xmas stocking begins.

I found the four comic turtles at Target today. I've only opened Ralph and Leo and I have mixed thoughts on them. The sculpts are pretty cool, but I absolutely hate their arms. Why would Playmates sculpt them like that? If anything, they should have given them wrist articulation. Another issue is that I could not find a Ralph or Don with a perfect paint job, so I had to go with the best choices. On the other hand, it is pretty awesome owning comic book versions of the ninja turtles.

I agree with the wrists. I cut the hands off and glued them back on with the one I've got.

Unless I find a way to add articulation, I wouldn't do that.

Anyway, that aside, yes, I love these guys:

Found them in one of the Half Shell Heroes cube displays at Wal-Mart. They appeared to be packed in at 2 figures each per cube.

Saw all of the battle shell turtles last night but Newtralizer seems to be the pot o' gold of the Turtle figures at least for now.

Found a bunch of the Comic Turtles at Walmart again today. Didn't see any Tiger Claw or Robotic Foot Soldiers though. I have a feeling kids are not as into the comic tmnt as much as we as collectors are...If you haven't found the Battle shell figs, an easy way to look for them on the peg is to look at the left side of the package, it's black and labeled as battle shell.

They vary. April is the least articulated with head, shoulders, forearms, and hips. Casey has the most with head, shoulders, elbows, wrists, waist, hips, and knees. The Foot have head, shoulder, elbow turns, waist, and hips. Shredder has head, shoulder, wrist, waist, and hips. Splinter has head, shoulder, elbow turns, waist, and hips though his robe hinders them somewhat.

Depends on which two of the Shredder figures you're looking at. The first version didn't have knees, but had elbows. The second version had knees, but no elbows.
