I've seen threads that ask for your single favorite movie of all time, top 3 or even top 5. Nah. If you are a movie buff like me, your list is hella longer than that so, I think 10 should be sufficent. These would be the movies that are timeless and can be watch repeatedly without question. No matter how many times you see them, they never get old.

If you want to list them in order, you can, mine is in no particular order. And away we go...

1. Jaws
2. Goodfellas
3. Predator
4. Transformers (1986)
5. Pulp Fiction
6. A Christmas Story
7. Gremlins
8. Scarface
9. Christmas Vacation
10. Princess Bride

Yeah that one- he's no warrior at the start though- he's an exiled poet with some sword skills but zero experience.

It's Beowulf, but done in a plusible way.

I'm a huge movie buff, and could list off dozens of top 10 lists. Especially if I were to break down my choices into different movie genres. But based on likeability and the ability to watch over and over again here's my list

1) Dazed and Confused
2) Half Baked
3) Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas
4) Pulp Fiction
5) Blow
6) Grandma's Boy
7) Dumb and Dumber
8) Mighty Ducks movies
9) The Sandlot
10) American History X

Number's 8 and 9 are based of most times watched as a kid. #1 and 2 because I know the entire movie word for word, I could also add Fast and the furious, the rest are just awesome movies.

Dawn Of The Dead (original)
The Dark Knight
The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button
Inglourious Basterds
Forrest Gump
Transformers Animated Movie (1986)

I'm not sure if he does or not but I'm sure he is wondering how you were able to see him

My Picks
Princess Bride-The movie that has some of everything so perfect in my mind
Incredible Hulk-just an all around great Hulk
Spider-man 2-imo the perfect comic book movie
Batman Begins-I like this one better than the Dark Knight(though a great movie in it's own right)
Inception-Nolan is a beast
I'll come back and edit/add more later

I love how you guys know about Grandma's Boy, it's 1 of my favorite stoner films, and for being a "newer" movie not a lot of people know about it.

"You gotta be careful, the lion comes next week"... "Lion, why do you need a lion?" .... "To protect my shit" ... " ever hear of a dog" " anybody can get past a dog, nobody fucks with a lion"..... " ya that's true".

Some really good lists so far guys, with plenty of honorable mentions that I didn't think to add until after reading through the thread. And yes Vader, I guess you can lol.

I really thought that 10 would be a safe number to go for, not too many to bog it down and more then the usual 3 or 5. I mean really I could go on for days like I said but, I line had to be drawn somewhere. Do you guys think it should be more? And if so how many?
