didn't they confirm that Emma Frost is supposed to be released single carded like with Astonishing Cyclops and Colossus? I could've sworn that at one of the shows (Toy Fair or NYCC/SDCC ) they said so

I don't think she's confirmed just a reasonable suspicion and expectation that she will show up in the next few waves. For now she's being held hostage so that we buy the upcoming two waves and the line doesn't get cancelled. Because clearly, Shanna should be a priority over Emma in terms of character release (heavy sarcasm and my apology to the two Shanna fans out there in the collecting world.)
