Bring home a new wingman with the Top Gun Musical Teddy Bear. This adorable plush bear sits 10 inches tall, made of super soft fabrics and features embroidered paws. Press his paw and he plays the “Danger Zone” song. Dressed in an aviator’s jacket featuring a soft Sherpa collar, he is even wearing gold-framed aviator glasses. His jacket is decorated with flight badges paying homage to everyone’s favorite flyboys. Requires 2 x AAA batteries (included). Ages 3+ A Maverick pushes the limits, doesn’t play by the rules and does things in her/his own unconventional way.

Top Gun honors our classic need for speed and our willingness to wing it while letting us identify with what it means to be a Maverick today and tomorrow. So, grab your aviators and, once again, prepare to have your breath taken away.

Press Bear’s paw and he plays the “Danger Zone” song from Top Gun.

Comes dressed in aviator jacket featuring a Sherpa collar. Jacket is decorated with flight badges.

Requires 2 x AAA batteries (included).

Ages 3+

The early social media impressions of Top Gun Maverick are kinda shocking... like pretty much everyone is saying it is way better than the first one and that it is so good it should get a best picture nod. Guess we find out tomorrow when the official review embargo ends.

When the Haslab Skystriker was announced my local funko pop/toy shop unloaded his new old stock of 30th Skystrikers... the ones that eventually showed up at TJ MAXX for like 20 bucks a decade ago I think... I always regretted not loading up on them at the time... he had 4 of them for 50 bucks each... I bought 2 of them... the person behind me bought the other 2. Guess we'll see if Top Gun Maverick passes the "this movie is so good it will actually make me open up my Skystrikers and play with them" test.

While I have not seen the film, I hardly think the F-14 will have any significant part in the movie. So I don't think the new movie will sway the F-14's popularity in anyway.

That said, the new Top Gun movie should get some toys! I would love a line like the new Buzz Lightyear movie toys, of all the aircrafts with their respective pilots.

Then have one Deluxe with a 3 3/4" Maverick and a proper scaled F-18 for the collectors!

^ I'm actually really shocked at how many people didn't see the first Top Gun... this new one will also make a lot of people go back and watch the original Top Gun too... so IMO the F-14 will have a resurgence. To me Top Gun will always = F14... the same way Iron Eagle will always = F16... the two best looking planes IMO.
