Cool to see some new figures. Hopefully they'll be 4 inch as well. Love Kotal Kahn's "Come at me bro!!!" pose.

The One:12 figures look pretty good. Creeped out by the pointy nipples on the gang leader figure though. Dredd & his bike look bad-ass. Also, right the grimace on Batman.

Mezco...thank you for thinking outside of the box, and giving us some different characters for wave 2. Being a huge Quan Chi fan, I NEVER thought I would ever see him before Johnny Cage, Kung Lao, Lui Kang, Scorpion variant 1, Scorpion variant 2, clear blue Sub Zero variant, clear electrical Raiden variant, Scorpion variant 3....well...you get the idea.

I wish other companies that tackle similar franchises (STREET*cough* FIGHTER) would do the same. I can't wait for the master sorcerer from the Neatherealm. Mezco, you literally fulfilled a dream for me this past weekend.

I just would have preferred if Quan Chi's face had more of a scowl. His current face doesn't look arrogant enough.
Quan Chi was fun as hell in mk9.

I wasn't much into Quan Chi during his early appearances. It wasn't until Adoni Maropis's take on the character in the TV Series MK: Conquest that I really grew to love the character. After that, He became my main in every game to feature him afterwards, all the way up to MK9, where he really became even more amazing as a character. (The notification sound on my phone is his infamous "WOOLAY!") There was always something amazing about ripping a man's leg off and beating him to death with it, and the groans of disgust from my friends when I would do QC's crappy "neck stretch" fatality on them. I'm excited about how QC looks and will play in MKX. He looks like he has the tools to compete again with the hat tier.

I too would have preferred a snickering or frowning face as well, but Mezco is known for including multiple accessories and alternate heads with many of their toys, so hopefully they will follow suit. The sculpt itself looks amazing, the best of the bunch IMHO, but even if they give him the calm, relaxed look the figure has now as the final look, I'm just damn excited because I'm finally gonna have a QC figure. Hopefully the skirt is made of soft materials or is removable, so it doesn't affect his articulation too much.

I'm really digging what Mezco is showing off with MKX so far (although I'm not really digging Kitana's "Ibuki" style pants, but even so, she's spot on.) All the figures look fantastic, and I hope that the line is successful enough that they might be able to revisit past games like MK9.

With that said...Mezco heard my prayers the last time...now...Reptile and Jax! Please!?!

Speaking of Street Fighter, after seeing how well Mezco has handled these Mortal Kombat figures, and since NECA seems to have abandoned their SF IV line a few years ago, I'd love to see Mezco handle the Street Fighter franchise.
Similarly to how these new MK figures are coincided to be released not long after MK X, the timing is perfect for Street Fighter figures, with Street Fighter V having a release date some time in 2015.

Even without the new SF game, SOTA proved, about a decade ago, that there was still a demand for a Street Fighter line even during an era when the popularity of fighting games, especially Capcom fighting games, was at an all-time low; an era when Capcom was mostly churning out rehashed stuff like Capcom Fighting Evolution .
The timing just seems right for a new Street Fighter series, and Mezco seems like they would give us figures on par with, if not better than, the SOTA Street Fighter figures.
Lol, one can dream I guess...
