Isn't Toy Sapiens the Hot Toys owned store in Japan? Weird it's branded by them. I like the Spider-man one the most, looks right off of the page.

Yeah, the email they sent specifically asked not to mention Hot Toys as they will be keeping Toy Sapiens produced collectibles separated.

They are hoping the Toy Sapiens brands can stand on their own. It sounds like they have more traditional Marvel collectibles coming down the line, but wanted to kick off with something unique.

Wait, does no one else here think this is the stupidest thing they have seen in a long time? Also, has anyone involved ever read a Spider-Man comic to see what web-shooters are supposed to look like? They aren't external.

How did it feel to take pictures of hands? Was it boring? This is an odd photoshoot but I'm sure people are glad that its done.

It was mostly a simple shoot. Stuff like this goes quickly, so not boring. With them just being hands, their wasn’t much room to do fancy pics.

It's weird. As a concept I would never say "yeah I want that". But now that they exist, I can totally see myself rocking that Spidey joint, putting various figs around it.

For $100 you can get a Deadpool head that's detailed, animated, speaks thousands of phrases, light and motion sensitive, and controlled by an app.

OR for $144 you can get a Deadpool hand that's glossy...with a realistic lollipop.

It's cool that you said they got a weight to it and are packaged very well, but that translate to more $$ for shipping.

Yeah, I'd say you have to be one of those that MUST have ALL things Deadpool (or Iron Man, or Spider-man) to get this. Niche indeed.

I like the Spider-Man one a lot, especially in the comic style it's in. But yeah they are a bit pricey.

Hell, just think, save up enough parts, we can build our own Deadpool. Can't wait for the right knee to come out!
