While not based on a new movie, I have to go with Amok Time's 22" Super Size Creature figure. He is incredibly awesome and I love him.

the walmart exclusive war machine is my vote as far as toys I own,... also the Iron man mark iv and vi exclusives.. was lucky enough to snag all 3... minus the newest with the head sculpt...
