The DC figures might not look exactly how you want them to, and there's a curious choice of design here or there, but they are definitely not "poorly executed." As bizarre as the Detective Comics #1000 Batman looks in the packaging due to it's ugly ab joint and skipping of leg day, I was surprised by how well the articulation works, how sturdy and balanced it was, and how playable the thing actually is.
Thin legs, weird elbow articulation where plastic juts out, small hands...

They are reissuing MK11 Spawn with a Mace instead of a sword. It's up on Big Bad.
