I'm absolutely doing this this week. Because you're getting 25% off the price post discount It's actually closer to 30% off but still better.

I have a pending order and I just got an email saying that there's an indefinite shipping delay. Anyone else get one of these? I hope it's really just a delay and not a sign that they aren't planning on fulfilling existing online orders.

I went to two tru stores this weekend... it’s pandemonium and bedlam for “10% off” ... and I’ve seen lots of instances of clearance or regular product being upped a few bucks to make sale prices a regular price. Very shady, but what do they care?

Yeah, the stranger thing figures are a perfect example. With the 10% off and the 25% off gift card exploit they're still more expensive than the same figures at target.

Was @ TRU earlier this week - if not for the signs, you'd never know it was closing. Felt in a way like the holidays with more people in there but plenty of employees in there too opening new boxes to stock shelves.

15 pallets of stuff came in today. Multiple cases of the Hasbro Thanos wave. Sold 2 cases to 1 guy right before I left. Felt extreme joy using the sharpie on his barcodes. He seemed less than pleased...

Went into the local toys r us today. Everything was only about ten percent off, which considering how high Toys R Us usually can be, was about the same price it would be to buy anywhere else, maybe just a little bit lower. They were already sold out of most of the figures I'd be interested in but the store was very busy.
