Storm stuff has been at TRU for some time. Ryu and Chun Li are both available there as well as Scorpion and Sub-Zero. They set them up in the "Collector" area, near the SH Figuarts.

Yeah, I was in TRU today, and while Sub-Zero and Scorpion weren't there yet, Ryu and Chun-Li were.

They actually totally re-vamped their "grown-up" toy area...they about doubled the space and added a TON of Japanese import stuff. It was really cool.
