Toys R Us sale on Marvel!

Today's paper has an ad fr toys R Us with 2 figurs for $10.99!
includes- MU. Cap, GI Joe, IM2 and Thor!

Pretty big blowout- maybe they'll have the new wave....that would probably be asking too muc, but I'm gonna check it out anyway!

It's worth looking. Even if the good stuff is gone, I'd pick up a few that I've passed on either because they don't interest me too much, or I have them already.

Hmm... the ad says ALL figures... even the 2 packs? I see no restriction on single carded figures only.

Confirmed!!! My local TRU sold me 2 Universe 2 packs for $10.99!!! $5.49 each.

Managed to pick up another Blue& Red Warpath, Skrull Soldier, and a Frost Giant. The shelves were pretty much cleaned out, which is what I've come to expect from my TRU. Scraps and leftovers.

Just got back! My TRS had their usual jack for Marvel Universe ( a Ronin, Sunfire, hand Ninja and Kitty Pryde) but the sale also includes STAR WARS!
So, I ended up getting an extra Captain Britan from the Cap line to make into a Kree Soldier or possibly a Nova Corpsman and Aurra Sing (for her pretty head) to mod into Moondragon!

Also picked up a small Nick Fury bobble head for my car for $4.99 (came with an Iron Patriot for some reason instead of Baron Strucker- you guys can have that loser).

Oh, and the staff were super cool- checking the back for me for an unopened case after their computer listed 18 MU figures in store- they said it was either theft or they just dont have the case yet but the system jumped the gun.

The sale is on this entire week, so there's time to check back.

Who hooks you Arkers up?

....not that I need another Sentry twofer or that First Class pack (all my store had).

I think this is a lucky mistake at the checkout. It says immediate markdown. Im pretty sure this doesn't include two packs?? I went to two stores and this wouldn't work.. Anybody else able to get this deal??

I went to the service desk and checked out there. I specifically said 'the ad says ALL 3.75 figures and technically this 2 pack is 3.75' the guy said 'we'll make it work' and just adjusted the price.

Didn't work at mine, either. And I'm even buddies with the assistant manager. They said the best they could do was mark them down to $10.99 each.
