man, i would be kinda pumped if they did like a 3 pack head set for class/gen bumblebee. So you could have a goldbug/newer bumble/hubcap head.

Sucks to hear that. Peaugh's seemed ok in his review, so hopefully it was just a bad QC issue with yours. Are you able to get it replaced via the importer, or are you stuck with it?
If you are stuck with it, at least the robot mode works enough for you to use that Goldbug head, if you're still going to get the upgrade kit. Having him in hand, he'd make a terrible Goldbug anyway. Sure, he's gold, but his robot parts are black and grey. Gold and dark blue are Goldbug's signature colors. But as I thought when I first heard he was gonna have the shiney animated gold paint is that he'd be a perfect (Or as perfect as we'll ever get) G2 Bumblebee. But no, I'm not gonna bother returning him to BBTS. He works well enough to sit on a shelf, and Joel is such an uber nice guy, I don't want to make waves until there's something really worth making waves about. People take advantage of his kindness and generocity, too much.

Hell no, back in March I went to a toy/hobby shop and got him for $12. Not bad considering I thought I would never find him at retail (and haven't). I wouldn't mind finding another at ROSS for $5 though lol |

I got two. Friend of mine in england picked one up for me for $13, and I found another one at Ross for $5.
Snagged that one for a friend who's backed out.

I think Ross, Marshalls, and TJ Maxx are all owned by the same place. I know he's been found at all three.

Me too homie, I love that Classic seeker mold. The TC deco is probably the nicest out of the six though, that blue is gorgeous and the silver just pops! That reminds me, I need to snap a few pics of him...

Someone suggested that I got the United Bumblebee for the Goldbug "upgrade" head. I said I didn't want the Goldbug head, because my United Bumblebee is a stand in for G2 Bumblebee.

Uhm... I never said Goldbug was G2, because he's not. Unsure what you're getting from what I said that I was, but it's obvious you weren't following the actual conversation.
Someone suggested that I got the United Bumblebee for the Goldbug "upgrade" head. I said I didn't want the Goldbug head, because my United Bumblebee is a stand in for G2 Bumblebee. That sounded like to me you said Goldbug was G2....does it not? I read the whole thread and sorry I misunderstood you, but honestly look at what you wrote....does it not look like what I thought....again sorry for the misunderstanding.... |

Now you need to take HA Leadfoot and these two and take a pic of all three at a dog park with their pets.
