I may have struck gold! and I want to share it with my fellow arkers. My mother is the manger of a low incoming housing project through mental health, she has tennats move in and out all the time and when they do often times they leave things behind mostly trash but sometimes good. Today my mom woke me up before work to inform me that a tennant moved out and left 8) 20L tubs full of transformers, not sure if it's old G1 stuff or new stuff if they're all loose or moc no idea. I am however getting 1st dibs at them . Another lady wants some to give to her grandchildren, and as I live in a 1 bedroom apt which is full of stuff already and that I'm not a huge transformer collector I won't be taking them all, plus gotta save some for the lady's grandchrildren. I'd be willing to grab items of interest for people and what I would consider rare. I'd prefer trading for items of interest or setting up payment arrangements via paypal. Not sure the condition or the selection of toys, I'll try and take pics but it maybe just as easy for people to post pics of figures they want and what they're willing to pay. Pm me if you want . I have a better chance of finding what you need if you give me pics, as it's time consuming to find pics of everything and then spend my day off going through tub after tub. I hope there's more then just transformers but who knows guys!

That's awesome. I'm a huge Transformers fan, but it's tough to say what I'd be interested in without knowing what's in the tubs (what's in the tubs,... what's in the tuuuuuuuubs!). If they're from low income housing projects it's tough to think that someone was sitting on anything of real value, but you never know. If you need a hand identifying anything; I can help.

It's housing provided by the Province to accomidate special needs, sometimes they're loaded just need special care, 1 guy had a 10k collection that was there, this guy who knows... could be MOC G1 could be beastwars could be tf movie toys who knows, just trying to figure out what ppl want and if they got pics the better/easier it is for me.

I won't get a chance to view them until Thursday so it gives ppl 3 days to send me their wants.

This is pure word of mouth and buzz until thursday.. I work tue.wed nights and have no time to stop by my mom's work and check out the goods, and because there's so much stuff I don't have the room to just take it all here and go through it. I'll try my best to go through it take pics of it all and try and weed out the good from the bad and anything mediocre will be given to the other lady to give to her kids untill I go through it all. Honestly a 3rd old is going to get as much enjoyment from a movie transformer figure as a g1 figure.. I just wanted to get this thread out there, so you guys can start uploading pics of what you want me to keep an eye for. as I'm not a transformer collector anymore so my knowledge is limited of characters and waves. and giving me a list of names and stuff to look for does me no good, so post or pm a picture filled list.

Update I got 1 more day of work being tomorrow/today and then I'm off Thursday and get to go toyhunting. I'm a little intimidated by the sheer mass of toys that could be there and also extremely excited. It's like a fucked up version of Christmas, where I know what I'm getting , but not really.... lol. I could walk into containers full of stuff still MOC or MIB, they could be loose but complete and transformed in either vehicle/creature more or robot mode. they could be broken, they could be knockoffs. I could waste my day and find nothing, or I could walk out and score big and maybe make a few grand. who knows.. who knows. I'll try to print some copies off and look for certain ones, I'll try my best folks. and promise to post updates. I won't be able to sleep come tomorrow night lol. Free mega lot and first dibs on transformers and beer fest all in the same week... glorious!

In a bit of unrelated jackpot news, my brother found all of his old Transformers in the shed the other day.

My son and I will head down there sometime this week to get them.

Every now and then my mom comes to me with yardsale & second hand store finds. It's getting harder and harder to find good vintage stuff out there. For $2 she brings me the carcus of an Energon Unicron. I'm like WTF am I going to do with this. I gave it to a friend who will prob use the onlt part worth saving. The head.
