While all attention is currently on Transformers Prime (episode 4 today! Whoo!) Simon Furman has continued to post summaries of the story of how Transformers Energon would have ended. Issue 32 would have kicked off the first part of the "Armageddon" plotline heralding the beginning of the end. Starscream would finally have made his appearance in a very different role to how he was in the cartoon series, Alpha Quintesson's scheme would take shape, and the treachery of Avalon would cost one character - and perhaps all Cybertron - dearly.
Check out the latest summaries here: Transformers Energon Issue 32 Part 1 - Armaggedon Part 1 Transformers Energon Issue 32 Part 2 - Armaggedon Part 1 Transformers Energon Issue 33 Part 1 - Armaggedon Part 2 And also be sure to check out the previous issue summaries (if you have not done so already) Transformers Energon Overview Transformers Energon Issue 31 Part 1 - Doomsday Redux! Transformers Energon Issue 31 Part 2 - Doomsday Redux! As always, major props to Simon Furman for giving us fans a chance to find out how this series would have concluded! |

TFClub has revealed yet another Transformers Toy. This time it’s Power Core Combiners: Salvage with Bomb-Burst.
Bio: "Salvage has gone through a lot since the Allspark first brought him to life. A few rounds of upgrades brought his vehicle mode into the modern era, and the power core process powered him up to unheard of levels. He'd still rather be back at the junkyard, but if the Decepticons want a fight, he's ready to give them one." Continue... for the Images. |

The latest set of unlicensed custom not-Transformers from Perfect Effect have been released. Ninja VS Kingbat is a VS set of Perfect Effect's take on Kiss Players Position Rosanna and Generation 1 Ratbat.
Now for the real news here! The newly released boxed set carries a couple of images on the back advertising Perfect Effect's upcoming products. Shown on the left of the boxback is the Perfect Effect PX-04 Ultimate Form (mispelled as From), a set of four unofficial homages to Eject, Rewind, Sundor and Howlback. The set probably also includes the recently shown Backpack add-on, given the City Commander shoulder attachments are pictured on the back. There are also what look like sword attachments for The Sun and The Moon, probably color variations of the sword with Kingbat. Also seen as initial artwork is Scouting Force X, a Generation 1 style take on Reflector. This unofficial custom Transformer set indicates that Perfect Effect is working on three robots who will combine to form the camera, and will also include a large amount of accessories. Stay tuned for more news and images as it becomes available. Initial report comes to us courtesy of Red leader of Kapow Toys. Images originally posted by Cheem the Rup and joshua of our 2005 Boards, with the high resolution images you see here originally posted on Toynova and linked to us by 2005 Boards member Peaugh. |

Transformers: Prime is the cartoon everyone is talking about these days. But Transformers: Animated is not forgotten.
As you all know, in Japan there are Arcade Kiosks running two Transformers: Animated games (The Chase and The Shooting) developed by SEGA. They have revealed more new cards for their system. What are these cards you say? With every 100 yen game, the machines dispense a collector card which can be used to power up your characters in game. The cards themselves have photos of the Transformers Animated toys. So, more new cards have been revealed. You can take a look at the entire batch by visiting these Official Links, one for Robot Mode and one for Vehicle Mode. If you are living in Japan… Have Fun Collecting! |

Remember the Press Release we showed you earlier regarding Hasbro-Discovery Hub’s Holiday Plans?
At the end of the document there was a mention of an upcoming Online Poll to choose this year’s Naughty Or Nice characters from Hub’s various TV Shows. Transformers: Prime’s Optimus Prime and Megatron are on the list too. (But you can’t vote for Megatron as “Nice” though, only how “Naughty” he is). You can slide the ”Naughty” or “Nice” meter accordingly how Nice OR Naughty they are. Example: Nice 01 – Not So Nice 10 – The Nicest Ever Naughty 01 – Not Naughty At All 10 – Most Naughtiest Ever Go Cast Your Votes!!! |
