Mastermind Creations had a neat little display out at Roll Out Roll Call 2012 in the UK this weekend - showcasing a bunch of their upcoming releases. There's a lot of "first looks" here including one big new reveal!

Knight Morpher Air Screech / Hearts of Steel Starscream was shown for the first time in vehicle mode.
Knight Morpher Thunder / Hearts of Steel Thundercracker and Knight Morpher Warper / Hearts of Steel Skywarp were revealed. Both are recolors of Starscream / Air Screech.

Now for the big reveal:

A render of Reformatted (Classics styled) Prominion was shown. Prominion is a unique design shown with multiple swords dueling Hexatron. He is a striking silver and blue, Prime styled mecha - potentially this is an unlicensed version of the first of the Primes, Prima. It has also been suggested that this could be a version of Nova Prime. It's a nice looking design either way - hopefully we can learn more soon.

The latest version of the Knight Morpher Cyclops was also shown, towering over the Takara Hybrid Style Optimus Prime.

All this coverage comes to you courtesy of our fellow UK fans at Full Metal Hero.

At Cybertron Con this weekend there was a preview of some of the upcoming Hasbro Transformers releases up through to Spring of 2013. The Spring 2013 release deserves some special attention - it's a Fall of Cybertron Starscream, Deluxe Class and based on Starscream's look in War for Cybertron / Fall of Cybertron. All that is shown so far is a resin prototype - but it is already looking very sharp.

Hasbro teased at 40 releases under the Generations banner for 2013 - this Starscream is one of those 40 - and could there be a Skywarp and a Thundercracker in the pipeline as well?

Many thanks to 2005 Boards member fakebusker83 for sending this high-res image our way!

As long suspected, we are now getting our first look at the recolored Masterpiece Starscream Version 2. This one is a Sunstorm themed recolor, complete with flame deco on the intakes. It was shown in a display at Cybertron Con alongside the soon to be released Masterpiece Starscream Version 2. Only pictures (of pictures) available at this stage, but it has been suggested that there might be a look at the actual toy sometime this weekend!

For the moment check out these pictures and enjoy. Originally posted at Seibertron.

Newsarama has updated with a preview of this week's new Transformers comic, More than Meets the Eye Issue 3. Continuing the voyage of the Lost Light in search of the Knights of Cybertron, there is the small matter of a stowaway aboard the ship - one which is devastatingly lethal to Cybertronians! Click here to check out the preview - be warned there are potential spoilers for ongoing plot arc elements right from the start!

Each year at the the BotCon Transformers Hall of Fame ceremony we are treated to quite the spectacle. Honoring some of our favorite characters with choice video clips and music. It's a fun time for everyone.

There is of course another component to the Hall of Fame ceremony, and that is the induction of real people who have worked on and helped mold the Transformers brand into what it is today. 2010 saw the induction of Peter Cullen, Bob Budiansky, Yoke Hideaki, and Kojin Ohno. In 2011 Steven Spielberg and Michael Bay were inducted for their contributions to the brand thanks to the film franchise. Now this year two more legends have been picked from their work on Transformers to join them as the 2012 class of the Transformers Hall of Fame.

Simon Furman and Chris Latta, two names that all Transformers fans know, will be inducted into the Hall of Fame at this year's BotCon event in Dallas. Chris Latta's family will be on hand to accept the award on his behalf.
