Hong Kong Toys ‘R’ Us has uploaded to their You Tube channel, a Promo of Transformers Kre-O for the Asian Region. The commercial is rather brutal and less child-friendly than the usual Kre-O advertisements we see and is produced by a 3rd Party Advertiser.

Cybergundam Blog has posted a scan from the latest edition of Hobby Japan, showing the Arms Micron releases of Transformers Prime Arcee and Bulkhead. Both feature additional Arms Micron mounting pegs, and trade in the accessories from their US releases for Arms Microns - Arcee gets a pink robot who turns into one of her forearm blades, while Bulkhead gets one that turns into his wrecking ball.

Both figures also feature altered decos and will feature stickers to round out the effect - the exact nature of what is stickered will be unknown until these are released.

Also shown are future EZ Collection releases Wheeljack, Dreadwing and Ironhide, but all three are largely unaltered from their US releases.

Take a look at the images after the break and if you're in Detroit, here's a great opportunity to see some of these vehicles up close and in person

Theverge.com has posted an interview with High Moon Studio's Matt Tieger for the upcoming video game, Fall of Cybertron. The article is centered around the Dinobots and goes into lengthy detail about how the Dinobots were added to the game and how they almost didn't make it past the games planning stages. The question on how the Dinobots are on planet Cybertron in Fall of Cybertron with Dinosaur alternate modes has been revealed for sometime, but the article does a great job going into depth regarding the steps High Moon took to get them worked in. Everything from the pitch to Hasbro to Tieger's obsession with dinosaurs since he was a child.

There are also plenty of new images to check out of the Dinobots. Click on the title bar to check those out and head over to the 2005 Boards to discuss

Following on from this morning's newsbit on the identity of the 2012 Botcon Customizing Class figure we have some in-hand pictures and pictures from the customizing class itself for you. We've got here pictures of Longarm in-hand, as assembled and painted by myself, as well as an in-hand look at those resin add on parts that were given out at the class to enable class attendees to further customise their Longarm into a full-on Classics style Alternators Shockwave.

Last but not least, we also have some pictures of class tutor Shawn Tessmann's completed custom with the Shockwave head, the Longarm vehicle mode, and Shawn's personal pick of the deco for the head (I varied mine up a bit as you will see, such is the spirit of making a custom). Last but by no means least we've got a photo of the color version of the profile art for Longarm. Read on and check it all out friends!

Botcon has posted a preview of their lithograph for the 2012 convention! This special "universes collide" art pitches characters old and new from all four factions in the Classics and Shatteredverse against one another, including Spinister (from Hunt for the Decepticons Tomahawk) Shattered Glass Junkions (from Classics Junkions) Kick-Off (from Reveal the Shield Jazz) and Shattered Glass Darkmount (from Generations Darkmount). Shattered Glass Optimus Prime is also drawn using the Reveal the Shield G2 Optimus Prime design.

Is this a hint that all of these along with the previously leaked Octopunch are convention attendee toys? We'll find out in a little under two hours once early-bird attendees including this newsie who've attended tours or the customization class pick up their boxed sets.

Here’s a small update from Transformers 4. It seems as though that initial plans of the 4th installment of the Transformers Live Action Movie series is happening away from the public eye. DreamWorks President of Production; Adam Goodman recently spoke to the The Hollywood Reporter regarding their upcoming projects, and he had this to say about Trans4mers.

THR: Is making Transformers 4 without Shia LaBeouf risky? Is he out?
Goodman: The story is going in a different direction now. Ehren Kruger [who wrote the past two Transformers movies] is writing it for us, and we're starting to engage, but I can't say anything more.

Also, it was hinted that TF4 might come under Nickelodeon; a subsidiary of Viacom which Paramount belongs to.

THR: Michael Bay is re-envisioning Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for Nickelodeon movies. What are your plans for Nick?
Goodman: We want it to be family adventures and really hard-core family comedies. If I was starting again, I would have put Transformers through Nick. Upcoming movies that could be released through the label are Christopher Columbus' The Secret Lives of Road Crews or Etan Cohen's Boy Scouts vs. Zombies.

Ehren Kruger worked with Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman for Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen script and wrote the script for Transformers: Dark of the Moon after the departure of Orci and Kurtzman.
