Third party group Fans Want It have released new color prototype photos of their FWI-3 Jet Power Upgrade Kit. As previously reported, this is an accessory set for the Leader Class Revenge of the Fallen Optimus Prime figure that emulates his appearance during the finale of the second live-action movie.
Per the source post over at actoys.net, the overall combined height is 39 cm (15.3"), and is expected to be released in May. There is currently no indication of how much this set will cost. Staff Note: This is a third party accessory not produced or endorsed by Hasbro or Takara Tomy that is meant to further the value of your official Transformers products. |

Those who preordered the VS-E Shattered Glass Generation 1 Blaster VS Soundwave set from the Transformers Collectors Club may want to start checking your mailboxes - the set has begun to ship out and arrive in the hands of fans. This set - which features Generation 1 Soundwave, Slugfest, Ratbat, Blaster, Ramhorn and Eject decoed as their Shattered Glass counterparts along with the new character the Solarbot - is an E-Hobby and Transformers Collectors Club shared exclusive. The E-Hobby sets have been arriving since late January / early February, now the Transformers Collector's Club's stock is also arriving.
Those who've not had a shipping notice, you might be surprised yet - several 2005 Boards members have mentioned this set has been arriving in hand without them even getting a shipping notification. The main thing being of course that the set is arriving in the hands of us fans. |

The official Botcon Twitter account brings us some more Botcon 2013 news - they have posted an image of the Botcon 2013 baseball cap. The Botcon 2013 Baseball cap features the Megaplex version of the Decepticon symbol with Fun Publication's take on Machine Wars Thundercracker in front of it. Like in the original line, their illustration of Machine Wars Thundercracker is a redeco of Skywarp - in other words, it is based upon the Revenge of the Fallen Dirge mold.
An illustration does not a toy make, however you might be interested in an exchange of tweets between one Twitter user and Botcon: - From Twitter user Emerald Beacon - so you're basically confirming MW Thundercracker with this hat, right? -Response from Botcon - Basically... "Basically" is such an open term of course - there is no telling just what that actually means. But the signs are pointing to "yes" to one of this year's Botcon 2013 souvenir figures being a Machine Wars Thundercracker. |

The official Botcon homepage has updated with an image of the Botcon 2013 Megaplex in jet mode. Jet mode Megaplex is a homage, naturally, to the originally Machine Wars Megaplex. What is surprising is that there is a lot more black in the form of a series of stripes on the jet mode which are invisible in robot mode when viewed from the front. It is a rather sharp looking deco, and helps to break up what would otherwise be a mass of drab, solid grey.
Click here to check out the jet mode image. |

The official Transformers Facebook page has updated their page with official images of the next three Transformers Prime Beast Hunters - Arcee, Vertebreak, and Knock Out! Vertebreak and Arcee we learned of when the official Transformers Prime website updated to Beast Hunters, but Knock Out is new to us. As with previous versions of "returning characters" Beast Hunters Knock Out is an extensively remolded version of the existing Transformers Prime Deluxe class toy, with a new weapon - a rather nasty looking flail.
Arcee is a remold of her previous Deluxe class toy, with a gigantic longbow and these images give us our first look at her in motorcycle mode. Vertebreak is, as seen previously, a redeco of Lazerback. The images are mirrored attached to this post for those without access to Facebook. |

We have with us, a new Promo Image from Transformers: Prime Season 3; Beast Hunters.
![]() From the looks of things, it seems as though a Decepticon Troop led by Knockout is searching through the rubble of what's left of the Autobot Base. The new season of Transformers Prime premieres on Friday, March 22nd, 2013. However, a special World Premiere Screening Event will held at the Universal Studios Globe Theater on Thursday, March 14th from 7:30-9pm. This is an exclusive, invite-only event and will be followed by a special Q&A with select cast members and the Executive Producers. |

A new Promo for Transformers: Prime Season 3; Beast Hunters is now available on Hub World website.
However, only viewers from United States of America can enjoy the clip. But not to worry, there isn’t much in it; Predaking enters, Megatron talks followed by Bulkhead and Miko looking up at the sky along with Wheeljack. Strange thing about the title of the clip is that it has referred Predacons singularly. You can watch the clip at Hub till someone uploads it to You Tube. |

Deathx360 has swung by to bring word of a possible Beast Hunters Voyager Megatron. A listing for this figure has turned up at Walmart.com as
"Transformers Prime Voyager Beast Megatron". There are a few more new listings that have popped up as well, including one for Deluxe Prowl and a Cyberverse Autobot Driller. For Generations, in addition to Blitzwing & Springer, a listing for Sandstorm has also turned up. Note that with regards to Beast Hunters Voyager Class Figures, as of Toy Fair 2013, we had only seen 5 out of the 6 figures(according to the press release for Beast Hunters at Toy Fair) Hasbro has planned for this year. Not too long after Toy Fair, a Generations Beast Wars Megatron testshot(FOC Grimlock body with a new head based on Transmetal 1 Megatron) appeared. Could the voyager Beast Megatron listed at Walmart and the new Megatron using the FOC Grimlock body, be one and the same? Note: we have have not seen any CGI renders of a reformatted Megatron in the Beast Hunters trailers so far. Hmmm yesssSSSssSSSsSssssss.....stay tuned! |

Takara-Tomy have solicited two more releases for their Transformers Generations line. The next two releases to grace the Japanese incarnation of Transformers Generations are TG-21 Springer and TG-22 Blitzwing. As yet there is no news of what decos these will feature, but could we see some "shiny tan" on Blitzwing?
The duo are due for a release in Japan at the end of August. This news comes to you via our sponsors TFSource - check out their preorder listings by opening the links below: Transformers Generations Japan - TG21 Fall of Cybertron - Springer Transformers Generations Japan - TG22 Fall of Cybertron - Blitzwing |

Take this report with a grain of salt, but Malaysian retailer Famitoy are reporting that there will be a new run of Asia exclusive reissue Transformers. The rumor, which was posted by Famitoy on their Facebook page, reads as follows:
Transformers Asia Exclusive (Reissue): GalaxyForce Galaxy Convoy GalaxyForce Sonic Bomber G1 Star Saber G1 Diatlas Optimus Primal Special AirJordan X Transformers Black Convoy For now it is only a rumor - potentially drawn from retailer solicits by way of Hasbro's Asia branch. Time will tell if this pans out or not - but we are hoping for the best with two Generation 1 toys who have been long in demand for a re-release included on this list. |

Entertainment Weekly's Family Room has posted a new promo image and video for Transformers Prime Beast Hunters. This video confirms what was being speculated since the first full trailer of the new season - Bumblebee will indeed be sporting a new look, based on the primarily black "Stealth Bumblebee" type deco that Bumblebee has sported in the toyline from time to time.
It might be time to pick up one of those Shadow Strike Bumblebees if you want a complete cast of show accurate Autobots! Check out the tongue-in-cheek car advert parody below video below: |

Planet Iacon has posted a selection of in-hand images of Beast Hunters Voyager Shockwave. Shockwave once again looks to be an extremely good release for the line - he looks suitably big and imposing, scaling up well against other Voyagers such as Fall of Cybertron Grimlock. Check out these images to see for yourself!

A toy commercial for Transformers Prime Beast Hunters has begun airing. This rather cool little commercial features Optimus Prime and Bumblebee in their Beast Hunter forms squaring off against Predaking and Lazerback - in a very Toy Story setting, leaping across desks and attacking each other with skateboards in a child's bedroom. Check out the TV spot below. One interesting point is that apparently Optimus Prime now leads the heroic Beast Hunters, rather than just the Autobots - probably just marketing, but it sounds weird to hear it when we are usually told Optimus is the leader of the Autobots.

3rd party group, KFC Toys has revealed their new Justice Rhino figure via Meteor Operations Facebook page. This unofficial Generation 1 Ramhorn figure doesn't have a release date as of yet. As far as price, if KFC Toys' first release of this figure, the Rhinohorn Evil Version, is any indication it should run you about $21.99. Speaking of the Rhinohorn Evil Version, site sponsor Robotkingdom has added in package pics to their preorder page. These figures offer several options to collectors. Are you in the market for a new G1 Ramhorn for your Generation 1 Blaster or Device Label Blaster? This toy is your best bet. Are you in the market for an evil version of Ramhorn for your Masterpiece Soundwave or the recently released G1 Shattered Glass Blaster? KFC Toys has you covered there as well.
To discuss the Rhinohorn Evil version visit this thread, otherwise, click the title bar to check out the pics of the Justice Rhino. |

Toys R Us Canada have recently updated their computer system and added some new SKUs into the mix. These listings reveal a few items of interest, namely the Canadian retail price for Masterpiece Soundwave and Masterpiece Acid Storm. Masterpiece Soundwave is priced at $119.99 CAD, a steal considering he includes the full complement of five cassettes. Acid Storm is priced at $69.99 CAD.
The listings also confirm that Platinum Series Prime Ultra Magnus will be released at Canadian retail through Toys R Us, he will run to $69.99 CAD as well. The Titan Class Metroplex is in the system too, his retail price is given as $99.99 CAD. Lastly there are two more listings, which are given as "Prime". The first is "Prime Ultimate Dragon", potentially the Ultimate Class version of Beast Hunters Predaking. This confirms he is getting released in Canada through Toys R Us, he's been mooted as a Target exclusive in the US. His price is $59.99 CAD. The listings are capped off with an entry for a $29.99 CAD 16 inch figure from the Transformers Prime line. The price is consistent with the asking price for a Weaponizer or Optimus Maximus, but neither one of them matches the height listed. It could be the new "Ultimate" Beast Hunter Optimus Prime, though the asking price seems less than expected, particularly given the cost of the Predaking. The full listings of the SKUs follows below: Masterpiece Soundwave SKU043130 - $119.99 Masterpiece Acid Storm SKU043128 - $69.99 Generations Titan Metroplex SKU043106 - $99.99 Prime Plat. Ed Ultra Magnus SKU038196 - $69.99 Prime Ultimate Dragon SKU043112 - $59.99 Prime 16'' Figure SKU038183 - $29.99 |

There seems to be a new 30 second Trailer for Transformers: Prime - Beast Hunters airing on the Hub. Sure enough, we found this video on You Tube. Unfortunately, it's not in a good quality but we would like to thank the uploader (Kaila Hartman) for recording it.
The new trailer features some new scenes from the upcoming 3rd and Final Season. We will post a better quality version once we obtain it. |

A pair of images have surfaced showcasing the recently revealed Masterpiece 17 Prowl and Masterpiece 18 Bluestreak. The first image, tweeted by Takara designer Shogo Hasui, shows the two figures side by side in robot mode. This image makes it even easier to compare the differences between the two figures. The second image, courtesy of Cybergundam blog, actually shows several smaller images. While a small and grainy, these images show comparisons to MP-10 Optimus Prime and MP-12 Sideswipe.
