Those who speculated that it might be to attach a display stand - to allow for jumping or flying poses - have been proven right! Toys R Us Singapore are giving away a special display stand which is compatible with the sockets and also comes with an optional claw to support other figures. The stand is free with any purchase over $30 Singapore Dollars.

The stand design can be seen in the attached image - it seems to be fairly similar in style to the Bandai Tamashii Act 4 display stands, and we can verify if you own such a stand these too will work with the hexagonal stand ports on your Age of Extinction toys.

While you do not have to register in a thread or whatever for the community game night, it'd be very much appreciated if interested players submitted their Xbox Live or Playstation Network ID/Gamertags in the thread for ease of access, as well as what specific console they'd be playing on. Steam players, you can do the same, or simply join the pre-existing unofficial TFW2005 Steam group for a simpler time.
