The article includes lots of pictures from inside the recording studio, as well as details describing how some of the songs were put together. A Transformers Revenge of the Fallen Father's Day card has been spotted in a Target in White Marsh, MD. This is a talking card - when opened, it speaks (in a generic, low voice rather than Peter Cullen's voice). It says "There is greatness in you. You are a strong leader and a true hero. The universe needs more fathers like you. Happy Father's Day!"
Definitely an appropriate father's day message to all the fans out there with children of their own. |

USA Today has put up a new - and slightly spoileriffic - image of Optimus Prime combined with Jetfire. It's not so much what the image shows but what he does not show that represents the possible spoiler - if you do not mind possibly being spoiled, go ahead and click on the link above to check out the very much powered up looking version of Optimus Prime.

Jollibee restaurants, based in the Philippines, have started to put out flyers promoting their Revenge of the Fallen Kid's meal toys! The flyers show four toys that will be available - Optimus Prime, Starscream, Ironhide and Bumblebee. Ironhide and Bumblebee appear to be simple, Hot Wheels styled cars, possibly with pull back and go motors. Optimus and Starscream, on the other hand, look to be full transforming toys - possibly simplified versions of their Legends Class toys from the first movie.

2005 boards member jimmynguyen41 has posted his review of the Transformers Revenge of The Fallen video game. This game is set for release on Tuesday, June 23rd. This game is different from the first, with unique aspects:
All in all I would recommend this game to anyone who had the first game because it's a definite improvement over the first one via playability and graphics and level design. I would get it also if you have a PS3 or an Xbox360...any other system I would think it sucks because of the polygon count and lagging in graphics with too many things moving on the screen and its too much for 2nd gen systems to handle. Buy it if you like robot smash'em up games, being a character in the game after seeing the movie and loving . If you don't own the first one it's still ok to still buy it but I would at least rent the first game, so you know what you're getting yourself into. This game is similiar to Hulk (latest game), Dynasty Warriors Gundam, Armored Core, now if you like those games, then this game will not disappoint. Scoring:

On cast are Frank Welker, Tom Kenny, Tony Todd and Kevin Michael Richardson alongside Peter Cullen, Charles Adler and Jess Harnell who reprised their earlier roles. Full voice cast: Optimus Prime - Peter Cullen Bumblebee - Does not speak in the film Ratchet - Robert Foxworth Ironhide - Jess Harnell Sideswipe - Andre Sogliuzzo Arcee - Grey DeLisle Jetfire - Mark Ryan Mudflap - Reno Wilson Skids - Tom Kenny Wheelie - Tom Kenny Jolt - Does not speak in the film Megatron - Hugo Weaving Starscream - Charles Adler Soundwave - Frank Welker (but lacking the vocodered voice) The Fallen - Tony Todd Scalpel "The Doctor" - John DiCrosta Demolishor also speaks, although the various other Constructicons do not. Devastator reportedly just grunts and roars, so there is no confirmation if Frank Welker is providing his voice. Additionally Kevin Michael Richardson provides the voice of an ancient Transformer seen in one sequence. |

Every movie needs a great villain - and they don't come much bigger or badder than Megatron. This concept art posted on TFG2.com shows the new, updated Megatron from Revenge of the Fallen in all his glory, and in both modes. Check out the artwork for the robot mode for a truly imposing and menacing piece of art that captures everything that Megatron represents - a terrifying gigantic robot with utter contempt for all lesser beings, and total disdain at any who stand in his way.

MichaelBay.com is reporting that Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen opened with monster weekends in both the United Kingdom and Japan. In just 846 theatres in the two countries, the sequel grossed about $20 million dollars and was the clear #1.
The film opened with $14.1 million in 517 locations in the United Kindom, grossing 71% more than the first movie in the same time frame. In Japan, the film grossed $5.8 million in 329 locations, down only 13% behind the original movie that had the benefit of opening during summer school holidays. Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is off to a great start at the box office. With reports of high ticket pre-sales and estimates, expect world-wide domination by the end of next weekend. |

TFG2.com has posted up three more pieces of Revenge of the Fallen Concept artwork. Shown this time is the Decepticon Demolishor, and the remaining two Autobot bikes, Arcee and Chromia. These artworks give a good look at these three characters and reveal details that you might not see on the big screen or the toys, such as how Demolishor's scoops divide up to transform into fingers. Check out the artwork by clicking on the link above, or click on the title of this story to view our mirror.
