Skeletor made out of a Blue Hacks Blank, the Hacks River Styx Guardian, a Capsule Q DevGru Skeleton head and a McFarlane Toys Dracula Monster's set Bat head to make his staff look like it has Hordak's desiccated head on it in place of the usual Rams head staff.
