Hi there, so recently my local Dealz has been selling a large stock of Tron movie figures at €1.50 each, so I thought it time to try my hand at some experimenting. Spiderman movie toys are also to be found half off in Tesco, so I pounced on the Lizard. I saw a custom Tron Virus type character a couple of weeks back and wanted to emulate it with the materials I had at hand so I came up with the result below, I just fooled around to get him in assembled and I think I have the core of him worked out now.

The idea behind the character is that in a world of programs viruses exist as mutations that defy CLUs perfect system, for good or bad.

There are a couple of details that I would like to add sculpt wise to make him a little more different from the rest of a bland line, so washes to on the arms and legs to match the colours of the chest when done. I'd also like to do something with his feet, while he stands pretty well I'd like to make him more stable.

Anyway, here's where I am, thanks for looking

I love Tron Uprising... it is like my fav cartoon. Love the monster-like appendages; great idea... there would definitely be degenerating mutant programs on The Grid IMO.

That's cool!! Nice to see there are still Tron fans here, it's still one of my favorite movies. That would fit right in as some sort of mutant virus.

It's a great show, I really enjoyed the animation and the story, it kinda reminded me of Phantom 2040, except for looking much better and being coherent. The limbs really work well for me, I love the proportions as they are now, it really makes the molod look more dynamic and gives the Lizard limbs far more movement.

I do like Tron quite a bit, no denying and I look forward to more toys someday at this scale, I'd love to see some Classic inspired 4inch figures at some point. For paint on this chap I'd like to perhaps go classic Tron with grey uniform and purply highlights.

Thanks for looking guys
