1997 hulk/magneto marvel comics super Heroe lcd watch

I found this watch @ a antique store and picked it up because it doesn't have a barcode on it and it has Hulk and Magneto together on it. I cant find any information on it? I attached photos. Let me know if you know anything about it? Its made by Gordy Time and TM 1997 marvel characters.

Judging from the art of the package, it was probably out around the same time as the 90's X-Men and Hulk cartoons. I've never seen that myself, but seeing those characters together on packaging and stuff was common back then.

The package uses the "Marvel Super Heroes" title fonts from the PlayStation game.
