Had a pilgrimage to Forbidden Planet Manchester on Friday and came back with £89 worth of stuff, including a Sorcery Strike Loki!

Has anyone seen Marvel Legends restocked in their local TRU's?

I need a Steve Rogers (And Terrax's crotch) but can't seem to find the clear shield one without paying a small fortune on shipping alone. Actually I can't find either one, but I'd much rather the clear shield.

Is this another to add to my list of variants the UK will never see, or has anyone found one?

I hate to be that guy, but you'd be best off asking in the Marvel Legends thread, this is a marvel universe thread. But to sort of answer your question, I haven't seen a single legend in my nearest TRU.

Ooops, sorry dude didn't even think.

Bringing it back on topic; I'm tempted by the clear Venom, to use as a quasi 'Stealth Venom', till a proper clear variant pops up. I just really don't want 'Snowboard Spidey' or whatever ridiculous figures are packed in with him.

Space Crusader Spidey...honestly...

The only Steve Rogers ML I've seen is the one I bought in TRU about a month ago, I'm afraid. I'm looking for a Thor myself.

Went to a large Sainsburys this evening, the only Marvel stuff they had was the Spider-Man 3.75" line. Maybe someone forgot to tell them that there's a fairly big movie out at the moment.

Off to Kapow Comic Con in London tomorrow and will be hitting Forbidden Planet, Hamleys, Kid Robot, Disney etc.
Any tips for a central london toy hunt?
Also, Kapow last year had a Toyz and Gamez stand with some rare stuff (deathmask Archangel, Uncanny X-Force Warpath) so if I see anything i'll post a list on this here thread and i'll pick stuff up for people.

Orbital Comics sometimes has MU and some great vintage figures. Also an awesome selection of comics and graphic novels, plus it's not far from Forbidden Planet.
Hamleys is usually expensive and rammed, I rarely venture over there for figure hunts but you never know what they might have.

Have fun at the Comic Con! Wish I wasn't working..

Good of you to offer cellardoor. Enjoy yourself out there.

As far as London toy hunting you have Orbital comics and the Planet. That's about it...Hamley's is a possibility, you could find a rare gem, but I wouldn't hold out too much hope. As alienweirdo said, it's always silly busy, and always expensive.

I haven't been to the London Disney store, it's too far away from my work really, but if they have anything good, please let us know.

I know it's not MU per say, but has anyone spotted the 6" Avengers line in Asdas? I'm hoping we'll get them here in the UK the same as (some of) the Iron Man 2 6" line..

I'd love to find some of those 6" Avengers, I doubt we'll see them though, maybe in comic shops.

Have they been released properly state-side? I don't think we'll get them at all until they've shown up completely over there.

Home Bargains occasionally proves awesome for figure snags; I've found Marvel, Green Lantern, Transformers and Star Wars stuff there.

Back on track, Is every Asda filled with the same Spidey 2099s; Doc Samsons WWH's etc?
