That Winter Soldier is blooming awesome! What parts did you use?

Found a box labelled "Marvel Universe Asst." in B&M. Its contents were just about to be put on the shelves and I was able to have a look inside. Not exactly what I was expecting to find inside. Mostly repacks and repaints of the 5 POA Avengers Assemble cartoon figures, aside from Iron Patriot which is a repaint of the Iron Man Mk.7 figure that came with the first Avengers movie quinjet and a Spider-Man figure that I've not seen before. Picked up Hulk because I didn't think he was all that bad for £2.99. Iron Patriot. Well, might use him for some customization stuff at some point.

I like that patriot armor I may have to see about getting a few from places that sell this 5poa line here in Florida

Hair: MU Winter Soldier
Body: Movie Nick Fury - painted neck black
Right Arm: Movie Red Skull

I was literally just messaging Pilk about these, picked up a Spidey and regular Iron Man - the heads are a little big for most MU bodies but still might be good for custom parts.

I actually really like the Spidey, his head is better than most MU releases.

Nice. You did an awesome job! That Spidey's definitely one of the better 5 POA figures I'd say. He's also the only 5 POA Spidey I've seen with a thwip hand. The paint application looked pretty nice too, although I didn't really look at him long.

Strange mix for the new 3.75" Marvel Legends range. Anyone know why they're rebranding again? Is it because Infinite didn't sell very well?

Haven't had any luck finding the latest waves of the AOU 2" figures, so I jumped at the chance to get Quicksilver from Amazon. Not a bad figure for this scale I'd say. Would love to see him get the 3 3/4 inch and Marvel Legends treatment too though!

I've never seen him on retail. Hopefully this means Hasbro will give us a 3 3/4" one in the future.

Me too. It would be a shame not to have the full roster. At the very least I'd like to see a 3 3/4 inch figure of him, seeing as they've done one of Scarlet Witch in that scale. Not that I'd say no to a ML one. I'd pick that up in a heartbeat!

are these available stateside? I kinda want that iron patriot.

It's good they're showing up, but £8 still seems excessive for Chameleon. Then again... that's a drop of £3 on the last wave, so maybe Hasbro has dropped the price to the retailers?

If anyone sees Ceremony Leia / New Hope Han show up at Asda can you post it here? Walmart have the exclusive rights, and the the first half of the wave is already out.

I think they might be. Not sure the full wave, but right now it's Luke, Vader and Chewie repacks appearing.

Afraid not my friend. This weekend is Sainsbury's annual half-term Christmas warm up up to 50% off toy sale. Normal prices again on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Cheers for that. I looked in mine but all I could find was the last wave. £7.99 feels like the 'correct' price - £3.99 should be the deal! That's what would happen in the US... "I picked these guys up on sale for $2 each..."
