The misses just scored ya a third DETOLF for free!!! That is three now for a total of £15 all in! And get this, as luck would have it all three match perfectly. Filled the first up with Doom, Skrulls, Chitauri and AIM. Was worried about fitting every else in one more. Now the second will hold just two shelves of HYDRA and SHIELD each and the third I will have to put in extra shelves. Avengers with Tower and Quinjet, Xmen with Blackbird,Deadpool corps (with Funko taco truck) Fantastic Four with Fantasticar, Guardians with Giant Groot and a Milano ( they still have some at Home Bargains for £7.99) and then will have to find space for a bad guy random shelf..... Might need a fourth!

I have no shadow of a doubt it will, unless it ends up like the 2" AOU Quicksilver vs Sub-Ultron pack. Still to this day have not seen that one in retail. Seems to be quite a rarity stateside too. It's over $40 on Amazon.com! And people say Black Widow figures of any sort are hard to find...

I doubt it will be that hard to find, given how much people liked the Ant-Man movie. I see the 2" figures pretty much everywhere. As long as the first lot sells well, I guess it won't be long until we see the second wave.

That's good news, UKMU. How strong are your armies now by the way?

Oh that's good to hear! Have you found the Rampaging Hulk vs Sub-Ultron pack by any chance? That's another I haven't come across yet. Sorry to be posting about the 2" figures so much. I know not everyone likes them.

Just to change the topic a little, has everyone seen the pic of the TRU exclusive 3.75" Civil War movie Black Panther and Agent 13 pack?

We are strong!!!

Top of my head at 6:50am on Sunday morning....

SKRULLS
15 MU soldiers
4 MCU guards (AA film)
1 Super Skrull (custom)
1"leader/king"(custom)
2 royal protection dudes(custom)

AIM
15 MU
1 Scientist Supreme (custom)
1 MODOK (ML-baf)

DOOM
8 MU Doombots
2 Doom Drones (IM2 hammer drones)
1 Dr. Doom (from K-Dubs awesome diorama)
2 killer Doombots from our man Ross, T-800 endoskeleton/Doom showdown bodies

CHITAURI (don't laugh-our first army and honestly my favourite)
1 custom leader
5 "gunners"
5 "footsoilders"
10 Cosmic Chariots

HYDRA and SHIELD....

have forgotten, but will update this week as I set them up

I think HYDRA all in is around 70 and SHIELD somewhere near 50

So by those numbers....Just shy of 200 figures for 6 armies. Wow, I have actually NEVER added them all up until JUST this moment. A bit ridiculous actually. Ridiculous is good though!

If I had it to do over again I would have not done it, but it is done so I am glad. I shutter at the notion of buying 300 stands now.

P.S.

I'm glad I never did Frost Giants or Hand Ninjas, but am still wanting to do a Moleman army. Just finding 15 Gollums and making a custom Giganto. Although I do have the base figure for him. A WWF King of the Ring 14" Undertaker...... Someday, someday. Oh, I don't even have a Moleman either. I do have 5 of the the goblin guys from the first Hobbit film for background/leader types moleoids.

(Slowly realizing I may need a fourth Detolf)

Perhaps I will pass on Moleman.... unless I make a cave subterria type diorama shelf unit thing....Hmmmm

Still no signs of comic packs locally

Neither do we!!!! That is until now they just lived in bags in boxes in a closet. Now got half a bedroom filled with Swedish flat pack shelves to stuff them in!

Already dealing with figures falling over and, Dad- can I get out like 7 AIM guys and Doom- I'm playing pirates and need them. I am beginning to wish they were all back in bags in boxes in closets!

Army building is silly really. It kind of took over for more than a year! Pretty much done now though. Realising we missed A LOT of other figures along the way. I mean two Detolfs filled to busting point with no dead space for just six different figures (plus supporting cast, but you get the idea) is crazy, even by my standards!

Glad the army building is done! Hope I don't realise we need a fourth DETOLF! Might have to skip the play sets in them and set it up like Oscar.

I dig his setup! Looks great. Cleanest DETOLF (not smudges but overall look) in the 3.75" game! I just handed out an award to him moments ago in the MU thread for it in fact!!

Pilk, did you want those Doom capes or are they not right kind? They just sit in a box so I would much rather you be able to use them to turn into something wonderful for some one.

And no Jimmy, I still have yet to hear of any of the comic two packs hitting our golden shores. ( I had to go back and edit that last line, predictive text changed it to golden shower)

Just spotted the CA:CW Cap and bike in Liverpool One TRU, £22.99, along with 3.75 inch Black Panther, Iron Man and Spider-Man from that new 3 1/2 inch Marvel Legends line. Didn't notice the price on them, I'm afraid.

Would anyone be interested in going in on some boss fight studios (vitruvian hacks) figures?

I thought some 3.75" skeletons would look cool with my display, I remembered that boss fight have some, so checked out their website - $12.99 a pop I thought was a bit of a deal, unfortunately during checkout I found out that shipping is $47 for three 3.75" figures!!! If I bought 10 figures shipping would be $51, so there's savings to be had if several of us go in together. Let me know if you're interested! (It's still preorder at the moment.)

Store is here: Pre-Order – Boss Fight Studio - The Store

Yeah I actually messaged them to ask if there was a cheaper option, I know that I could ship several figures to the US, signed for, for about a tenner, but nothing doing. Thirty quid it is! They did say they were going to be at that RORC covention, but I'm thinking that would cost just as much.

One of us ordering a job lot then redistributing them in the UK would be a lot cheaper.

Did you see how much the 3.75 Legends were in TRU? I noticed that they are £9 in Sainsburys but £10 in Asda :/

The Legends 3.75 were £9.99 but the Infinites (they had Bishop) were £11.99.

My Sainsbury has MLS at £9 too. And Star Wars 5 poa for a tenner....

If someone wants to order from Boss Fight I have a few requests.

Maybe we can put an order together that they could bring it over? Also maybe if we ALL emailed them.asking they would do.something.

There's a form on their website if anyone wants to do so.

If any of you are still after the 5 POA 3.75" AOU figures, it might be worth checking your local Asda for them as they've just popped up in my local one for £5.97 each. The only other characters I saw were Ultron and War Machine. Really chuffed I got Wanda, as I haven't had any luck with finding her for a decent price online.

Cheers mate!

I spotted these a few days ago but passed as I already have everyone in this wave (typical!) I would have bought the grey hulk and maybe Thor but I doubt those will show up :/
