ill always give my LCS the bulk of my business, and its nice to have "options" just looking at some of the comments from the guys in the states,i should be grateful that my LCS cares a little.but its not easy for them either, there is a lot of red tape to cut on a business level for them, switching distributers, dealing with customs, shipping companies, plenty of things people dont take into consideration.so if i think i work hard to find these,i need to remind myself that these guys work even harder to keep people like me happy.

has anyone got a home bargains store near them? I need a few IM2 concept armours and my local have only got the old movie series in,

If Antone has and they would be willing to check for me that would be great

I'm looking for

subterranean armour
shield breaker armour
storm surge

I think they were about 3 quid each

if anyone finds them please let me know as Scarlett would love to finish this damn hall of armour lol

I was in a branch today. They had loads of the normal iron man 2 carded stuff and only three Armoured Avenger carded figures. They had the Iron Man Mark V, translucent red Iron Man and a dark coloured repaint that I can't remember the name of. The price was £2.99. If I had seen your message I would have paid closer attention.

I really wish I'd seen your post earlier. I was in my local HB too. I'll have another look next time I'm there.

Sorry this isn't a 3 3/4 post, but I'm getting rid if some older Marvel selects that some uk arkers may find interesting.

The Factory Shop chain in the UK has four different Target two-packs with a 2009 copyright date on the box priced £6 each. The sets contain:

Iron Man and Punisher
Iron Man and Black Panther
Spiderman and Green Goblin
Wolverine and Hand Ninja

Some of the boxes appeared to be water damaged, but I was happy to buy all four sets at that price.

I wondered why those puppies had appeared on eBay for a cheap price.

I have no idea JB, I imported mine when they first hit,

I know when I was speaking to the guy at FP a few weeks back he was saying they were expecting them to be £35 with single figures going up to £12.99

ive been away for a bit,but over on another forum.one of the london collectors said he picked one up in FP for £29.99 just the other day.
our FP is nothing to do with the london branch(different company apparently)and their most recent delivery was a bunch of planet hulk wave MU and no sign of these guys.instead of sending them back and requesting the 2013 figures, they put the old stock out on the shelves

He could have, the guys in the London branch just tend to look at the website and quote the rrp if the item is not in yet.

I rarely go in there as they just seem really unfriendly and a little elitist

Managed to pick up a Jubilee in Forbidden Planet in Southampton for £11.99.

They had most of the latest waves (except Prof.X DAMMIT!)

BTW has anyone seen the Man of Steel figures in the shops yet?? I have yet to see any and I want a few.

Some cheap vehicles in Toys-R-Us Brighton yesterday;
Avengers Quinjet half price.
There was another vehicle, from Iron Man I think, and a really terible-looking Spiderman racing car .
