Hi. I'm half on the look out for a Spiderman for my collection. There was a super articulated one from The Amazing Spiderman line. Anybody remember what it was called?

2011 SDCC Amazing Spiderman with 20 points of articulation. Painted with a metallic sparkle paint called RUTILE.

Minty fresh in in it's SDCC packaging (blisterpack card inside of a well illustrated box) expect to pay around £40 shipped.... loose, and they are rare to come up, around the £15 mark...give or take a fiver.

LionHeart, our very own arker has recently joined the Marvel Universe Collector Club Marvel Universe Collector Club and had asked about display boxes for MU there.

He had gotten several responses, but none would ship the UK. I found (I am sure many may already know the site) for him
Vintage Star Wars Collectables - Home and then under display you will find ALL that you need. Not sure f they fit MU cards, you would have to email them. They are a factory approved ProTech seller. I bought from them via eBay.co.uk and was very impressed. Fast friendly and knowledgeable, everything you want.....

Now I've got my new camera I just thought I'd take a few photos before I get my proper set up sorted.
First is Tony Stark with my favourite armors.

Then a couple of my custom Mandroid.

Cheers .
It's a Hammerdroid base. The head was from a company called Trigate Creations. I've mounted 2 magnets in the right forearm for the gun. I'll be adding more weapons. Lastly the decals are from Wookieballs Customs.

Hey! Been having some serious shite with my PC for the last week (started Christmas Eve - happy Christmas). Anyhoo...

I emailed the guy and he said he'd look into the MU sized boxes (the ones he sells are for large card backed figs like: Tron Vintage; Star Wars Vintage / Vintage Collection; GI Joe Vintage / Anniversary Collection). I did order some of the small loose figure clamshell cases and they seemed pretty good. I can't find him on eBay though - do you have a link?

I'm not sure that pro-tech are even making the MU sized boxes anymore, as they don't seem to be turning up on eBay. Hopefully this guy can track them down, as I think now is a good time to draw a line under MU and start preserving in time for the new line. It seems strange that they wouldn't make them, since neither MU nor any of the move figure lines will fit into regular Star Cases (which has to do with the way the plastic goes right to the edge of the MU figure box, and regular Star Cases need the card edge to hold the box in place. I think the MU ones went right round the edge of the plastic, and held the figure in place only by the top of the card).

This place is a ghost town now. Even the tumbleweed seems to have upped and left.
ukmu's promise of pics is like this recent episode of South Park

They're never coming. Apologies to Games of Thrones fans, it's all in jest.

Well, there's not much happening with Marvel Universe at the moment, UK or otherwise!

I'm still on the lookout for a Avengers Assemble Leader, once we've got him then there's not gonna be anything doing for a while.
