See its weird because all the Marvel stuff seems to have disappeared from TRU Shrewsbury,theres one peg of CA,and a load of those ridiculous fixed figure quad bike things,and thats it,no MU at all,no Iron Man,no Spidey,though i did wonder if the LCS had been in and bought up a load of stock,because after keeping me hanging for a good 6months waiting on Cable,the owner told me they were trying to order through HasbroUK as diamond distributors couldnt get them any MU.......

My TRU has loads of IM2 figures,some MU,some Spidey line (crap) and a few Thor and Cap figures (which are STILL £8 lol).

Theres also a load of GI JOE RoC Baroness figures hahaha! (still a few Night Ravens for a tenner too)

Only things i've seen for the last few months in Entertainer is endless hordes of Kitty Pride and the occasional AIM solider.

As for Toys R Us, I was in the Norwich one the other day and they were devoid of MU. They had Iron Man figures for £4.99 and had all Avengers figures sans Hulk and Loki. All I picked up there was a TDK Two-Face for £4.99

The catch of the day happened to be in the Sainsbury's just down the road from there, were they had put out a fresh stock of Spider-man figures at £7.99 including Rhino. So I picked up Rhino, went to pay at the till but it would not go through. The chap said I should go to customer services to pay for it, so I did but it was still having trouble. The guy eventually said that it was coming up as .79p, to which I chuckled thinking he would have to double check. But nope! He sold it to me for 79p! Cheapest figure i've bought brand new ever!! I was thinking of going back to see if there were any other figures worth picking up but I didn't want to push my luck...

Sadly not, if there were I would have picked them up. Out of two cases of Spider-man figures there only appeared to be one villain per case. Best check your local Sainsbury's, maybe they aren't on the system properly there either.

I shall have to be checking my Sainsburys tomorrow, if anyone has a local Rhino in theres and (assuming they don't need it) would they mind picking me one up?

Was in Asda tonight and the sale on regular MU figures seems to be over, back to £7.97, although they did have a few WWHulks, a Captain Marvel and a few Spidey2099s. opted to pass on Avengers ultimate hawkeye, I just don't want to spend £8.97 on it

When I checked yesterday Forbidden Planet London had run out of Avengers Loki & Hulk, but still seemed to have the rest. They also had variant MU Iron Spidey & a single Black Ronin, part of a refresher case mayhaps?

Has anyone caught sight of a King Loki or Laufey from Asda at all?

I nearly bought her in Worlds Apart for £10 but was made up to find out that I could get her and a Destroyer in Asda for £5 each. I did manage to snag an Odin as well.

Kids seemed to snag alot of the discounted Cap and Thor figs, hopefully it cleared space for Asdas to get stocked with more recent waves

TRU has Marvel Legends in stock if anyone's after them.

Also, my Forbidden Planet has got the Brood/Skrull Marvel Select pack reduced to a tenner - I reckon that Brood figure goes quite nicely with MU in terms of scale.

As soon as I saw the Euro packaging in the Forbidden Planet I wondered if any stores here would get them.

How much were they? I'd happily get a Hope if she was less than £15. Or a variant Ghost Rider.

Hi there, new to these forums.
Just saw this thread, surprised at how much MU stuff you folks have seen in UK shops. In Brighton, Entertainer no longer has any MU stuff, it went on sale a few months ago. TRU, nothing except bikes with fixed figures. Asda, nothing since Iron Man years ago!
There's a comic shop called Dave's but single figures are £13, doubles £25 (imports). Have tocheck Tesco's sometime.

Tescos and Asda seem to be the best bets these days for finding stuff, although TRU & Entertainers should be getting the Avengers stuff in around now. With any luck MU will resurface again at some point.

Primacron: if you could check the price I'd appreciate it, but don't go outta your way or anything, I should just get off my butt and check myself! Or TRU could just update their website properly, y'know whichever comes first.
