The site in general is cool, but bts is somewhat lacking guys.if I had of resigned myself to just this site for my wants?i would have just given up a long time ago.now my comment certainly excludes all the cool peeps that helped me out here, but this shit of walking into toy stores taking pics of what they have or posting what they seen then saying oh I just left them there for someone else is retarded.dont work like that over on other groups, people just grab what they can afford and leave them in a pile of trade loot till someone wants it,and they ALWAYS get snapped up.some toyark members really need to give it up,because they are about as much help or use as say a chocolate fireguard or an ashtray on a motorcycle.you know who yiz are.
And I never have to suck up to anyone to get what I need, just pure business.friendships are formed sometimes as a result.

I used to only be on Marvel Universe Collector Club but JimmyO told me about toyark. That (mucc)is where I get most of my trades and info.I like it here just fine, especially having a local board like this. I think it is a great idea talking to LOCAL collectors.

A better BST for this would be awesome. I never ever see figures in the wild so that isn't really an option for me. I have just started trying to pick up some extra figures to offer as.trade FOR THIS BOARD.

It is easy to complain( I do constantly to my wife ) let's work together and make it better guys. What can we do? How can we do it? And let's get it going.....

I.saw an AIM guy for £7.99 on eBay, does that help.anyone? £3 shipping...eleven quid ain't bad.

Have an ANGEL for.trade(blue one) loose

I have a helicarrier for trade or sale for under £20

Ghost Rider(1st one) and Deadpool (xmo) for trade or sale really cheap

If you need ANYTHING from those, I will trade for whatever you have to offer. I will.trade.that too. Just want to help out.

I am.afraid that s all I can offer, but it is a start.

Oh, got a Blade as.well, he.is awesome.and.we.love.the character, but he doesn't really fit.into.our collection of Avengers,90's Jim Lee.X-Men and stupid armies to fight S.H.I.E.L.D. Will probably keep him but am willing to.entertain offers if someone REALLY needs.him loose.
Just trying to offer something rare too....

I really need a Sue Storm head or GiJoe cover girl.for.her head to use as my Sharron Carter. I also REALLY need a Nick Fury mail away figure. Willing to buys these too. Those are my dire needs right now. I need to make a.list of my others.... it is long!!!

A noble gesture trying to get a better bts together, but for me no thanks I put my time in here and really don't feel like helping out anymore because of the hassle trying to finalise the deal.the communication level is better on other groups, you said so yourself in a manner of speaking.i invested a lot of €€€ into it,got to the end of the road and I'm left thinking,is this it?its not complaining its a lesson in alienation and how to be shunned by the crowd for speaking the truth.happens in all walks of life, cronyism I believe it's called.all these people who say I complain a lot?and I know who some of them are,are the biggest shitbags to ever grace these pages.

....well at least your not bitter.

We can talk about anything here in our little corner of toyark if you prefer. I have always wondered why your avatar pic has a missle packin' white tail deer with an angry biker riding him dressed in what appears to be white disco boots?

I think most on the uk thread are very casual and we dont really see figures out and about. I am in the boat of still collecting the figures I need so time and money go to seeking those out. I have begun to grab a few things and I am looking for a Piledriver for The Longest Day.

We try. I am glad that we get to pre-order single figures here, because the guys in the states cant do that. We get Marvel Studio movies a week early. Other than that, it is dry here. I wish we could pop into WalMart for some size 46 jeans, Jim Beam BBQ sauce and grab the Black Knight Marvel Universe figure.... but we cant. I will settle for Tesco for a medium Beatles tee shirt, some Lea & Perrins sauce and a Chima lego man.... God Save The Queen!

I don't think you complain a lot JB, its just hard to get across the finish line here and it becomes frustrating and every once in a while you vent lol

It is nice when you find what you are looking for. Ebay is great for getting anything your heart desires.... but it has killed the joy of the hunt aspect of collecting. Our stateside cousins can experience retail therapy continually, but we proud few upon these golden shores must suffer for our plastic. So I am happy you found something great in a local store for a great price!!!!!
Thanks guys. They still have a few destroyers there and another set of the warriors 3 if any one needs them I can get.
I've always felt that in the UK its always been a hardship to collect certain toys.
I follow a Youtuber and every month he posts what bargins he gets and it just annoys me. It's such a mission to get anything decent here.
Saying that when I was in Las Vegas last year the local TRU, Wallmart etc were beyond crap. I suppose its the state you live in makes the difference.

On some level its probably good for some of us not to get them that easy. My wife is happy when I get toys (I don't like sports so it's like the safer option for her). But if it was easy or cheap I hate to think what my shelfs would look like!?

I think what doesn't help is seeing all these great pictures from Toy Fair 2014. It has so many great things and we know that for most of it we will be searching eBay to find them with inflated prices.
I still cannot find a 6 inch Black Series Boba Fett!
I hate to think how the search for the Speeder Bike will go.

that is why, at least on a small limited scale we can help each other. i hate when guys say, "i have NEVER bought from ebay, only retail for me" type stuff.... as if how are forced to collect is somehow lessened by the fact we cant find them at retail. oh well, what can you do? i did did a search for a SIX INCH BLACK BOBA and let me tell ya... it wasnt Star Wars at all!!!

i know we wont get the cool toyfair stuff, tmnt we will see at least. My boy is nutters on those. i enjoy searching for them for him as well. i have also started hunting Hot Wheels and have a decent little collection of cool ones. The intent was for ebay, i am sure that wont ever happen though, but the joy is just being able to actually look for toys. Now i have less money and a growing collection of cars I dont even want!!!

It does seem places like Zavvi and Play are trying. They seem to be getting certain Hot Toy figures which is a giant step.
It's more the simple stuff you should get anywhere seems to be more of a mission.
I got my last 2 Winter Soldier figures in John Lewis! Not Disney Store, The Entertainer, TRU or Smyths. John Lewis!

Hello everyone!
I'll be in London this week-end with my wife! We'll be making long walks in the town since we're not very familiar with the city, but if some of you are interested in toys trade, I could meet you in Forbidden Planet on saturday or sunday?

I'm looking for several MUs like
-Baghead Spidey
-Miss Marvel (any variation)
-Radioactive Man
-Tiger Shark
-Wonderman
-Frost Giant (the big one!)
-Havoc classic costume
-Skrull soldiers (MU, not Avengers)
-Cable

I'm also interested in Joes :
-Zombie Vipers
-Hazard Vipers
-2013 SDCC GI Joe Transformers Jetfire set (loose or MOB)

I have a lot of Play Arts Kai (40-60£ worth) to trade, and I'm ready to give one Kai for one rare MU like RadioactiveMan or TigerShark. If the figs are loose it's ok for me.

What I have for trade:
PAK Nathan Drake MOB
PAK Cloud FF7 loose
PAK Superman ManOfSteel loose
PAK Mass Effect Shepard male MOB
PAK Spartan MKV Blue MOB
PAK Halo4 Master Chief MOB
PAK Kazuya Mishima MOB
PAK Starship Trooper Loose
PAK Sarah Palmer MOB
PAK Solid Snake Peace Walker ver. MOB
PAK Dante Devil May Cry 3 (n box but box damaged; may miss a gun)
PAK Vanquish MOB
PAK Wonder Woman loose
PAK Lightning FF XIII-2
PAK Lightning Returns MOB
I may have some others in a box, so if you search for a particular one, drop me a PM!

Let me know if you would be interested in any of these as I have to pack them before taking my train on friday!

Thanks for reading!

I think he was trading his Play Arts Kai figures for the MU ones listed. This is the trouble with haves/wants. There's always confusion.

And he has a Dark Avengers set cheap.. Daken, Patriot, Black Spidey,Hawkeye, Sentry, Short hair Ms Marvel

He is selling off entire 3.75" collection and has agreed to Google be me first crack at any figure.... so if anyone has a list and some dosh, now is the time..... gotta act quickly though.

I really wish they would just reissue that SHS Beast. He's the best figure of that line. I wonder if Hasbro would even have the molds and stuff anymore.
