While I think this thread should stay UK MU focused, I don't think mentioning other lines or things people might have found is a bad thing. I think if we try and start up too many UK threads the traffic on all of them would dwindle to nothing very quickly, just because there would be many months with nothing to say (this thread struggles too). Personally, I'd rather have a fairly busy UK MU thread that gets derailed occasionally than half a dozen UK threads that nobody posts on. Plus - I often use other lines to accessorise MU (Turtles playsets, Dr Who Tardis, etc), so putting the info (or at least a heads up) here is fine by me.

Visited TRU today, the FF doom comic pack is shelf warming, plus they've got a very healthy supply of Fusion Armor Iron Man from the IM2 line.

They did have the Helicarrier for £25 though which I'm a bit tempted by.

I'm happy with a bit of discussion on other Marvel or 3.75 scale lines.

agreed... I asked about the Dr Who Tom Baker for a trade of MU stuff and seeing Godzilla with my boy while talking about an AIM playset...

anyway, 'nuff said. Here is the AIM playset I found.... still nave yet to buy it though.

Last thing..... who is doing pre-orders of wave 2 here for single figures? Need some Whirlwind action, but fear he will go for Wasp prices....

The Helicarrier gets ZERO love from people, but I dig it!!! The Super Helicarrier is better, but if you cant get one for 40 quid shipped like MR. MU LUCK Blaze(my son) then the Helicarrier is great!!! I would trade it to someone for a great deal if someone needed it and their TRU didnt have them....£25 is a great buy... got ours at Tesco Direct Christmas 2012 for £55 on sale but had £25 Tesco Club Card points and they double those for toys at Christmas so Santa picked it up for a fiver!!!! Have gotten pretty skilled at collecting on a budget!!!

The thing about the Helicarrier is that it doesn't really fit into my display, I did get the Quinjet from the Avengers movie line though which I really like.

If you're patient you can get some real bargains, problem is you just don't know what will be clogging shelves and what stuff you're never going to see. Figures from the first Thor line seem to be everywhere at the mo for instance.

We were in York this weekend, and I saw a boy with a Grim Reaper figure walking around the town. His dad could have been a collector, perhaps he was Lionheart's forgotten love child or maybe the MI are showing up somewhere here???? There are a lot of small independent toy shops around York, so it is most likely he.got.it there. Perhaps maybe ASDA has them at some stores.

I haven't been out and about for a while so not sure what's current in shops. I have however had a few emails about cancellations. Black Knight and Rabbit Hole Batman from the Arkham City line are both not being released over here due to not passing EU laws.

Did they ban the entire last MU wave? It was supposed to have been here ages ago.... but if Black Knight failed then I would imagine the whole wave would just be rejected by Hasbro for release here. Perhaps there is a choking hazard in MI as well..... interesting, I did not know that.

Apparently they just changed the case size and took him out and made it a one less case. I'll see if I can find the article, I'd like to get the last wave although I still have quite a way to go to complete the line anyway.

This assortment has now changed from 12 pieces to 11 after one of the figures failed to pass the EU safety test and has subsequently been removed from the assortment. The figure in question is #29 - Black Knight. The price has been amended to show the case going from 12 pieces to 11.

I have my mate who is a.programmer at Lloyds Bank helping me.to sort out why I can't put pics.from.my camera to my computer. Once.that is sorted I will post several pics each day!!!!!!!

You can see it if you search Google images for CUSTOM MARVEL VALINOR PIRATE, ( should be second.pic ) but if your patient you can see mine here. Also, I.took a sharpie to his silver ebony blade within about 3minutes of receiving him.

Edit.... found a pic and linked it...but if you Google it, the figure realm has different angles. Or just search for Psycho Pirate to see all his great stuff there on figure realm. Oh, the horse is fully articulated as well.
