Cool. They are gonna be in stores too, right? It'll be interesting to see how they do here seeing as we've not had any Guardians stuff before, well not a line specifically for it at least.

Testing the waters...anyone interested in buying my 250+ loose marvel universe collection in bulk?
I can't be faced with the ebay admin but would like my collection to go to a good home.
Any interest?

I'll bite.... what key pieces do you have, got a list, teams, what are looking to get as a lot, are you based here in the UK, got any pics?

Just a general idea of who and what you got would be helpful. I know some collectors, resellers, retailers and show sellers as well that might take it from you in one go.

Maybe offer up few here to save on fees too if you cant move it as a lot? We all have a list....

Edit: apologies for the shoddy image quality.

Cool!
I'm in the UK (Exeter) and will have to be creative with the postage depending on what people want! That said i'm discounting hard as it's a space issue that's forcing the sale.
I've collected with team building in mind, but have really just been lucky in buying up pre-orders and getting stuff as I went. I think there are over 230 pieves, but some are wolverine origins and IM movie as well as other random marvel things.
Rare stuff in there I think are Wasp, Vision (Solid), Deathmask Archangel, Mandarin, Professor X (?), Cable, Cloak & Dagger....it's all relative really.

Cheers buddy, it's pretty comprehensive and i'd be willing to have people pick the bones if they are after specific stuff. That said I should just suck it up and ebay some of them.

Greg - I'm dealing with a broker who might be bulk buying the collection but it's not guaranteed. I cannot bring myself to stick a £ value on the collection. As a whole it's priceless, the time, the effort, the late-night ebay bids, the simple "behold the glory" of it all. Piece by piece it's easier to work out but it feels bad to split up teams and stuff.

Are you interested in particular stuff? Give me a list and some rough ideas of your budget and we can work something out.
Thanks for the interest though, I would love for these to go to a collector (or collectors) and i'm not going to hit hard on prices.
Let's work together on this!

Liverpool has 2 TRU now - one in the city centre - but it was a waste of time. Now I know what they did with those DOTM toys that had been taken off the shelves in the other branch!

I am getting excited for the Guardians Of The Galaxy movie!!!! And as with ALL Marvel Studios movie, we here in the UK are treated to a release BEFORE the US get it. This time JUST one day...but it is 31 July and the world wide release is 1 August. Even though its one day, on a list it says JULY for UK and AUGUST for US. They always get all the toys way ahead of us so it is nice to have something first!!

I have an extra set of MU GotG 3 pack for trade here on the TA UK thread if anyone needs them.... good trades, just need a few older common figures. PM me...

Also, going to COSMIC TOYS tomorrow!!!! A loose toy shop less than 7 miles from my front door!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First time going, so I am stoked! Check out their link and click ABOUT US and check out their store front.... a fell size Dalek and all sorts of other stuff too,

Cosmic Toys

Picking up a few loose MU for customs and grabbing a some stuff for Blaze for Christmas. He wants to start getting Jason and Freddy stuff! He has been a horror fan since before reception, but I am gonna get him some CUTE Freddy and Jason stuff..... he still is afraid of the dark and I don't want to traumatize him! All that aside.... found a LOCAL toy shop that sells MU loose, some for as cheap as £4. The best part too is I am trading instead of buying....love trades!

Also, have a few complete sets of THE SIMPSONS LEGO for cheap up for trade. Was able to trade a painting for 5 sets recently. Anyone wanna trade MU for them just PM me.

Wow! Cosmic Toys looks legit...i'm impressed!
Funko horror stuff is very cute but faithful to the sources, ideal for kids (weird to say that!).

I am very excited to walk into a REAL store and ACTUALLY look at figures! The owner is meeting me there tomorrow for some trades. I like that he deals with just about any toy from any era and LOVE that he has loose figures!

Also, just sent you a message cellardoor. I live the FUNHO stuff, mezco makes cute stuff and I pre-ordered the new retro figures RETRO ACTION jason and Freddy from our very own Overdrive Toys...who is practically my neighbour. He told me about Cosmic Toys as well.

I will tell you guys ALL about it tomorrow!!!
