Just spotted those 2-packs in Liverpool One Toys R Us. £22.99 - they had a peg full. Afraid I found them particularly underwhelming in person.

Worlds Apart had the new 3.75 Legends in. I only cast a quick glance as I was buying Ghostbusters Select figures instead, but I saw Spider-Man Noir.

I cannot for the life of me understand why an individual figure might be, say, £9.99, but the 2 packs are £22.99. Surely the idea of buying 2 figures together is so that you get something of a discount. I vaguely recall the original 2 packs were either cheaper than (if only by a little) or about the same as 2 individual figures bought together.

On another note; the current MU wave is at Asda, Toys R Us and Sainsbury's and for some reason Sainsbury's is the cheapest at £9. I noticed Asda had Star Wars Black 3.75 back again, but it was the same first wave figures we've seen before.

Pretty sure you're right. I seem to remember paying £17 for Colossus/Juggernaut.

Yeah, but that was usually a cheap repro. Should add something like 50p - £1 to the price. The packs should still be less than 2 single figs, but they aren't. Seems like a rip to me. Maybe if they had accessory-heavy figs in the 2 packs... but they don't.

Ahhh........Chitauri. Customised about a dozen of them a few years back - SW Bail Organa ball-joint shoulders were a perfect colour match and served as ball-jointed elbows. Can't remember what I used for knee articulation. Can you PM me a price (incl postage) to Bristol as I always thought I should have at least one Chariot.
