Unknown Figure - Help Identify?

Anyone have an idea what line this guy could be for? One of our clients found him in a lot and was inquiring. I'm stumped.

It does have an image of a monkey located in the chest piece...

It is a Visionaries figure.

Also, gorillas are not monkeys.
