Hi!

It's a bootleg/knock off of G1 Scrapper. More specifically, it's a knock off of the Diaclone version. They used to be sold like crazy on eBay in the early 2000's.

The box sets used to sell on ebay for like $10. Then were sold at places like Big Lots and Family dollar for even less. Being a knock off, I'd say $2 or less is its current value. Constructicon knock offs were (and still are) all over the place.
