They could've at least cleaned him up for the photo.

I thought that too, but I have mine sitting in front of me right now and the chest/arc reactor section is different. With this one it's flat, with the MS it's sculpted separately from the chestplate.

Closed for now, he put another auction up for a figure he says is 6.5"(whereas the earlier auctions were for 4" figures but the figures in question from the auctions look the same). This is probably the MS version but it does have a different chestplate than the one I have from the Iron Man 2 line.
