This year had a lot of good stuff. It was kinda a return to basics for me. A lot of lines kinda reset and got me hyped again:

DC with McFarlane Multiverse
Transformers Generations with WFC (continuing from Siege and kicking it up)
G.I. Joe with Classified

Add to that solid releases for ongoing lines like Black Series, SHF Dragonball and Marvel Legends. Nothing epicly changed, but solid additive releases all year.

So all in all there was something I was into dropping at any given moment. 2020 sucked, but the toys were solid.

I wouldn’t know if that Cobra Island Trooper was great, never saw one within 100 miles.

I mean the difference between collecting in the 90's, mostly stuff meant for kids that some adults also found appealing vs now, the age of Adult Collectibles. Not that there isn't still kid aimed stuff out there with adult fans, like MOTU Origins and Spin Master DC.

Ahh, I see. I wouldn't argue with that. I am also fine with that, as I wouldn't be buying them if they didn't have an adult angle to them.

I think there should be spinmaster style stuff, 5 poa, titan hero, etc for the kids. And then stuff for us. And if there is some crossover, all the better.
