ANT-MAN from Marvel 3 3/4

I'm assuming that this figure is modeled after the upcoming movie. I really like the detail on the figure, but the legs on the flying ant don't stay on at all... It makes it really difficult to stand the figure up and pose.

i need this for the 3.75 ant-man fig...(don't really want the flying ant)...and don't see this anywhere in my area...
