I have some questions that I keep meaning to ask if you don't mind?

1) What is the Police Station looking thing on the left?
2) Do the Chevy's (Jada 1:18?) actually fit the figures?
3) Where are the traffic cones / barriers from?
4) Where is the barbed wire on the Tech Deck stairs from?
