Well that was easy. All 4 Star Wars figures and the cable movie figure. Pictures would have been helpful by Walmart, but at least it’s not a turtles issue.

I have no idea what I just ordered...4 different items of something called Star Wars Action Figure.....my order went through and I already received my receipt, so hopefully that's the end of it...because those links are already showing sold out.

What a mess Walmart is...I swear

I was going to say... I see items selling out without any images or descriptions, are people just trying to lock things down and will decide what to cancel later? At least the Clone Wars figs have descriptions, I have no idea what the GI Joes and TFs are.

Got the Rick and Morty figures. Surprised to see them so much cheaper than what Mondo has them for.

That was "turrible" to quote Charles Barkley. Somehow I ended up with 3 Cables. If anyone bought extra Mandalorians, PM me if you interested in trading for Cable.

No pictures to show what is being purchased! Are you kidding me! By the time I figured out what I needed to order, everything was sold out. It is getting difficult these days to actually pre-order the things you want in your collections...

My orders went through...but I'm getting this sinking feeling I'm gonna get some Constable Zuvios and a couple of Jannah figures since all I technically ordered was "Star Wars Action Figures".

Walmart will find a way...

People REALLY need to give Hasbro some serious guff for all these Walmart exclusives and how they are handled going forward, the next time we are all allowed to congregate again at a con or panel...

The Walmart stuff is a mess (Target isn't much better). But complaining will do nothing but make the marketing guys, sales reps, or designers uncomfortable for a few minutes. Guys that can only say "we hear you, and we're just as frustrated".

The people above them, the heads of sales, the CEO's, the owners, etc. They couldn't care less who actually gets the items, and are only looking at the sales sheets. To them, they see that Walmart exclusives sell out in seconds. So they will happily keep sending them there. Doesn't matter to who, doesn't matter where they end up after, doesn't matter if it was one guy buying them to put on ebay. At the end of the day, Hasbro (or NECA or anyone else) and Walmart made their sale. And because other companies see that, they go "oh shit, we need to get some Walmart Exclusives on sale".

As long as the items are selling at Walmart (and then selling again on ebay), nothing will change.

Not a great attitude to have. Wal-Mart's bean counters may not care, but Hasbro reps are viewing these boards, and if they see we're unhappy with the way it was handled, there's a chance (however slim) they can do something about it. Whether that's lower the limit numbers, make more stock, or something else, I dunno, but the squeaky wheel gets the grease!

Or the order will come in and the box will look like it was dragged under the truck that delivered it.

Amazon likes to pack their toys in bubble envelopes, but somehow Walmart despite using boxes that comes in perfect shape, their toys inside always look like someone intentionally punched it a couple of times before shipping it out.

It's not about attitude. It's about what I've seen over the years. It hasn't changed in the 19 years I've been reporting on these things. Be it Toy R Us, Target, Walgreens, Walmart. It's been the same story since I've started doing this.

People complain (rightfully so) to reps at cons, to the designers, to the social media guys (lowest level employees), and they all say "We know, we're going to work on it", but upper management simply does not care in any way, shape or form. Making the sale is the only thing higher ups and shareholders care about.

Totally this. Not just the stores, but a lot of the toymakers too. Everyone says "We understand, we'll do better" but usually the ink is dry on the production runs and it's just what it is. Especially with exclusives.

Not all pictures are loaded, but the Star Wars Series is back up for pre-order. Maybe that first 10:00 wave was limited?

Looks like there was a price mistake. I got each figure for $25 a piece. Now they are each listed at $50. Looks like I got pretty lucky.

Way to look out. I just grabbed an extra set just in case there is an issue with my "star wars action figure" order. If both orders go through, I just army built a couple of Mandos and clones. But if there is an issue with the first order, I have a back up. Hopefully it's a win all around.

Just found the Neca Walmart exclusive Gremlin in store. Hopefully the Predator will be just as easy.

Gotta love that people are just blind ordering because there’s no faith in the system whatsoever.
