Tiny rubber tubes/pipes/wires?

Is it possible to get tiny rubber tubes like the ones on McFarlane's T-X Terminator? I have some black & brown from the bead section in Walmart's craft dept. but it's smooth. I need something ribbed & robotic looking. Does Lowes or Home Depot carry anything like that?
