Holy crap, I just realized that this Spiderman is going to be much better than the already 500 millions Spidermans already out there. Damn it, another Spiderman to get and get rid of all the rest.

Other than the new head and thigh swivel, that Spidey is the same as the one in the Sentry 2 pack. Also, Peter Parker ain't that tall...and why use the open left hand when they already have a web-shooting hand. So many mistakes Hasbro!

Powerman/Iron Fist & DD and Bullseye for sure, Maybe Quicksilver and Wonderman, I might wait till they go on sale for those guys.

Also, wasn't there already a Shadowland Variant of DD floating around?

Holy nitpick, Batman. He's 5'10, so it's really fine. Wolverine is a character that should be noticeably smaller than his original figures, which they fixed (of course then adding terrible ball joints). Spidey is fine as a tall and gangly figure.

And we've seen the figure in person before. It's swivel-thigh.

I like the new comic packs, they are riskier than previously released sets (except for Spidey of course) and look pretty well-made. For you collectors, this is something that shouldn't be hard to find. Oh, and I have two Taskmaster/Deadpool sets that I'm going to be selling (one is already reserved for a friend on this forum though) so if anyone desperately needs the other one, just PM me. I'm not on here often though, so it may take a while for me to respond.

I was thinkning of putting the legs from my extra Doctor Strange onto my black Spidey- that would give it the thigh swivel and rocker ankles.

Hey, if I can swap the wriss, he's have that extra point of articulation as well!

CRazy, super posable black Spidey!
I saw a new Stalker from GI Joe today at walgreens (a drugstore) and thought- "holy crap- the perfect new Venom body!" but their retal price is laughably $11.99!

Screw those guys.

Still....

Because they used to be roommmates in college! Seriously!
Plus, all of Captain Britan's UK adventures from back then really suck...and none of them feature anyone of note from the MU...though they could have skipped the original costume, repacked the Cap three pack with o helmet (how he looks currently) version and given us Meggan!

That would have been better!

Or even a nice Pete Wisdom! Or Spitfire!

Just...no more Spideys...have mercy!

Yeah, Captain Britain and Spider-man is probably the only one that I want...

Kidding! But it's probably the only one I'll be able to find... Zing!

^ all too true... Hasbro should have dropped this pack in the cutting room. But anyone who purchases this pack is probably buying for the Spidey fig anyways. Not a good combo in any case, the Cap line Cap Brit fig is totally peg warming at all stores in my area.

Yeah, but this is a completely different Captain Britain figure. Also, the Captain America Brit figure has absolutely no context for being in the line - the closest is the Kmart exclusive pack that shows the different nationality figures. Plus, it isn't substantially different aesthetically from the MU Captain Britain figure. But the comic pack is quite different.

I mean, the same line of thinking could go towards Sub-Mariner, who peg warmed at Wal-mart here for ages. He was the modern version and wasn't popular. Now, the classic Sub-Mariner is coming out, and he is quite different from the peg warmer, but not completely different from the SDCC Invaders version. Still, I believe the classic figure will sell well because it is different and should be easily obtainable.

I plan to get the Spidey pack FOR Captain Britain - I have too many Spidey figures! I agree that Hasbro really has been pushing this figure into too many slots for somewhat obscure character outside comic fans, but at least it is different from the others - something I can't say for all the Thor movie figures or Iron Man 2 figures!

I'll probably still get the Capt. Britan set to make him into a custom Jack Flag for the GotG team.
Same sorta mask and hair.

I'm gonna have to get my hands on the Daredevil/Bullseye pack. They look amazing. I can't say I care for the others much though. Maybe Powerman & Iron Fist, but even then those old bodies still look iffy.
