Can someone ID this figure?

I know its from the 'The Batman' line but id like to know its proper name and if it has any missing parts...

it looks like the power armor from his encounter with Bane:

I believe it is called Mattel] Shadow Tek Batman (Twin Blasters)but I could be wrong ...
I forgot i still need batgirl from that wave . wow
