But in all seriousness I mainly buy Star Wars. Because in the town I'm in that's all that's really "constantly" available. MU is scarce, G.I. Joe is also scarce, and DCUC just doesn't exist.

HAHAHA just google searched liquid ass, sounded like a funky smelling lube till I realized that it's a gag item, like stink bombs.... I used to have something like that years ago and litterally 1-2 drops would make you bust into tears and run the stuff was super foul... sprayed a buddy with a bottle while sleeping and he litterally woke up withing 15 seconds gagging.

Nothing but MU, used to get Star Wars figs when episode 3 came out, but since that terrible CGI cartoon came out, I was over it. Sold it all for peanuts.

The things I "collect" are Transformers, MU, MOTUC, DCUC, & McFarlane Sports figs (Philly players only), but I have a good amount of random things that I've sporadically picked up over the years if it caught my eye.
I have a large Star Wars collection too, but I stopped collecting SW years ago because I don't need to buy a brand new Hoth Han Solo every year. I did buy the big mofo AT-AT recently though, but that's because it was on clearance for $38 at K-Mart and I couldn't resist ![]()

I have a sizable Star Wars collection, but I've completed that. I'm not as into obscure characters as I am with Marvel.
I finally got the Futurama line last year in one fell swoop, missing Zoidberg and of course the first two build a figures. Seemed sort of like cheating to get them all at once. They even received a nice custom shelf just for them by the TV, with room for the 2 new figures a year. I wish I'd collected the Simpsons line, but alas, missed out on that. It would have received a nice hanging display case. I was going to collect Mass Effect, but thankfully, I waited until after a random Bioware employee leaked that they were getting screwed by DC Direct and not doing any further waves. I was even going to customize Shepherd. I saw that news item about NECA getting the Half Life license, so you know I'm going to be collecting those. ![]() |

Well I also collect Transformers (mostly just Classics or figures I like) as well as the Masters of the Universe Classics line. That's it for current stuff, but I do have a decent sized G1 Transformers collection as well as most of the vintage and 200x Masters of the Universe lines. Also most of the World of Springfield figures as well as a pretty large Dragon Ball Z collection. I've also got most (80-85% maybe) of the old 5 inch marvel line. Got about half of the marvel legends figures made. Got some star wars figures but not nearly as many as a lot of people. Maybe 40-50 figures? Also got a bunch of the TMNT line from 2005-ish. Also been grabbing the Futurama figures too. Got the main cast. There's also various figures from various other lines. Few DC Classics, various Final Fantasy figures, few McFarlene figures, etc...
All totaled up a few thousand figures probably. Also got about 140 ish NES cartridges. Not a ton but a fair number and most of the well known ones. I've also got a few thousand Heroclix figures as well. Last edited by Seril; 07-07-2011 at 07:11 AM.. |

That's a nice Futurama setup you have there, Nerf. My fiance is a huge fan. She doesn't collect toys, but I do; so she has a Futurama collection. So far just Fry, Bender, Leela, Nixon & Zapp.
The Simpsons would've been my shit had I been into toys when all of those playsets were coming out, but I was in high school and more into boobs at the time. That was an interesting signing. I don't know about Jagr, but you bet I'll be getting Bryzgalov!

Marvel Select
DC Direct DC Universe Classics Some NECA stuff, Aliens, Predator, Terminator Star Trek GI Joe I would collect MOTU, but they are bloody expensive. At least with the two-pack DC vs. MOTU I get two figures for the price of a single MOTU. Did that make sense? Yeah, I think..hrm... |

![]() EDIT: Okay, I just finished 'googling.' I was worried nothing was coming up when I typed "NECA Assassin's Creed 3.75." It turned out that they are being made by Unimax/Gamestars. I'm not familiar with this company.. have they done any great figs? I hope the AC figs turn out to be at least Mezco 3.75 quality, if not Hasbro quality. @Tiberius I was surprised to hear that you're also into the TVC Star Wars line! Just bought my first ever Star Wars fig (Boba Fett!!) and looks like I'm going to be hooked. Up next is the Darth Vader with removable helmet. Love this SW TVC line! gamestars made the 3.75 inch Crysis 2 figures. I have them. they are really good in my opinion. for a company that no one has really heard of anyway. i wish they made a 3.75 Mass Effect universe. thats would be awesome and would be great to mix them with Star Wars figures etc.

^Thanks for the info, stjuggernaut! Also dugged up more info.. and sad to say that my excitement died down... not because I think the figs are gonna suck (everyone said that the Crysis figs were awesome!) but because these toys never reach our shores (Manila)! Not once did I see those Unimax Crysis figs over here.. damn.
Damn it.. if there's one thing I hate, it's ordering from the net. Our corrupt government officials in the post office have a field day with charging exorbitant taxes when claiming packages! ![]() And yes, I agree about the Mass Effect figures! I hope either Unimax, Hasbro, or Mezco picks up the license to do 3.75" figs. Really got irked when I heard the DC line was canceled after the first series. I want figures of the whole team.
